Helping the HR D and Senior Project Directors to balance strategic Workforce Planning / Forecasting with sustained delivery to a high standard and continued improvements across the full lifecycle of resourcing. Successfully reviewed & refreshed the PSL (launched June 1st). Additional work streams included advising on Attraction & Social Media Strategy, Assessment Methodology (assisting the new L&D Manager with the design of a Hiring Manager Interview Training Course) and most importantly helping shape the longer term internal team dynamic required to deliver an improved Direct Sourcing Model.

Interim - Programme Lead – Senior Talent Acquisition – SKANSKASeptember 2014 – April 2015

Developing & implementing Corporate Talent & Resourcing Strategy to help build Senior Talent Acquisition proposition - this included both Internal Direct Sourcing Capability, Succession Planning through 9-Box Grid exercises as well as External Supply Chain Management commercially & operationally to deliver A Class results. Working in close partnership with Learning & Development to ensure comprehensive assessment both pre & post on boarding of talent in to the business. Regularly attended meetings with and presented to Senior HRBPs as well as their respective Operations and Project Directors to ensure a collaborative and objective approach to the overarching HR Strategy and 5 Year People Plan.

Part of the senior Talent & Capability team developing and implementing the concept of - “ROAD – Resourcing On Boarding Assessment Development” - my primary focus being the Resourcing element.

Interim - Resourcing Manager – Experienced Hires Team – SKANSKAJune 2014 – November 2014

Built out the existing Resourcing Team of 5, increasing to 13 across Experienced Hires and 2 further positions within the Emerging Talent team too. This team was handed over to a permanent replacement in November.Additional focus concentrated on reviewing & improving Time To Hire, Aged Roles, reducing volume of sustained requirements over 300 at any one time, Added Value in not only delivery but service levels and quality relationships with the team and their stakeholders. A primary driver of all activity was channelled through the ATS – Taleo, which was under further review as a side-line work stream to improve its efficiency and capacity in which it was used.Concluded PDR’s in September across the whole team before passing on to permanent Head of Resourcing took the helm.

Brought back on track a flailing Operating Unit that was almost exclusively utilising Agencies as their resourcing solution, with some Hiring Managers not having either met or even knowing who the resourcing team were.

Part of the Kenexa RPO solution team entasked with delivering a 95% Direct Sourcing Model across the business which equated to nearly 600 roles opened in Year 1 with over 400 successfully delivered. This was nearly double the forecast from the client at tender win, without any increase in the team onsite.

Resourcing Manager – GROUPE AEROPLAN (Nectar Card)April 2011 – July 2011

Alongside a 2nd Resourcing Manager, our task was to save the True North Human Capital RPO. This was achieved with 4 successful back to back record months of Direct Sourcing Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement which demonstrated the value add of the RPO solution. The account was then handed over to a delivery team for the remaining 18 months of the 36 month contract term.
