BACKGROUND Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd was founded in October 2015 by Melissa Cannon as a promotional vehicle for the future of dressage in Australia. For some time we’ve seen a market gap in Australia for equestrian entertainment of the highest calibre which Europeans enjoy on a regular basis. “A Masterclass with Ingrid Klimke” will provide Melbourne the opportunity to experience a multidiscipline masterclass combining Dressage and Eventing for the first time with this extraordinary international guest! With only 5* ratings on Facebook, a Dressage Masterclass event won’t disappoint.

SETTING THE STAGE The event will be held at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February. Friday will be an unforgettable prelude to our main event for our VIP guests. In the Spotlight with Ingrid Klimke Supported By Off The Track will commence at 5.30pm with the trade village to open at 4pm. Saturday is the main event with a triple showcase starting at 10am and concluding at 10pm with breaks and plenty of shopping opportunities for our guests. Main Arena– where the magic happens The Main Arena, located in Indoor 1 will be converted into a Dressage Masterclass stage, with allocated grandstand seating. You can expect this sensational experience to be both inspiring and immersive with big screens and state of the art sound design to keep you as close as possible to the entertainment. The trade village is positioned undercover in Indoor Arena 2, so no matter what the weather, our guests will be keen to shop! Every seat in the house is allocated, so patrons can shop right until the main show commences and in the breaks of the program!

TRADE STAND INFORMATION

• Dressage Masterclass (“DMC”) aims to offer a variety of shopping options in the trade village and will be curating the selection to achieve this. This means we will be limiting the selection of traders selling the same type of product or service, allowing us to provide the best shopping experience for patrons and give our traders every possible chance for a successful event.

• Because of this our offering to tender and the selection of traders will be at

the sole discretion of DMC. Applications will close on 1st November 2019 or earlier if full and payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your site. Traders will be notified of their success as we receive applications.

• While there are 47 3x3 trade stands, DMC will accept requests for 6x3 trade

stands, bearing in mind this will limit the number of traders we can comfortably accommodate. We will not accept any request for a trade stand larger than this.

• Each trader is required to stay within their allotted space, with no stock

allowed outside of these boundaries to ensure ease of foot traffic throughout the trade village.

• Every trade stand will be powered and will be the same in style and fit-out.

No alterations will be made.

• The position of the trade stand will be at the sole discretion of DMC. This will allow DMC the ability to evenly spread the content of the traders offering throughout the trade village.

• Saddleworld are the official merchandise suppliers and no trader will be authorised to stock books, DVD's or cavalettis by Ingrid Klimke.

• We wish every trader success and we will be doing various things throughout the event to assist you.

BENEFITS

• Limited amount of non-competing traders with a dedicated and captured dressage and eventing audience.

• Each trader will have their trade stand listed with their website, logo and

contact information under the trader’s tab on dressagemasterclass.com.au from 1st December onwards. This page will also be promoted via our social media accounts and will remain online in preparation for the next show.

• Each trader will be listed in the online event guide, with their trade position.

• Each trader to choose from a tiered pricing option. Tier 1: Powered trade stand with pro flooring, one power outlet and one light. Trade stand will be listed on the Dressage Masterclass traders tab and online event guide as described above. Tier 2: Powered trade stand as described in Tier 1 plus the following inclusions: • 1 x advertisement (date allocated at discretion of DMC) celebrating your

inclusion as a trader and linking to your website on our social media accounts.

• Throughout January: 1 x advertisement for any promotion you would like to run in the lead up to the event (date and time allocated at the discretion of DMC). These advertisements need to be approved by Dressage Masterclass.

• A half page advert in the online event guide. Specifications to be set by DMC and adverts to be provided by the trader. The program is online as they get downloaded far in excess of the numbers that attend the event, therefore the reach is far wider. A perfect opportunity to advertise to a captive dressage audience.

• All due dates will be advised.

SOCIAL MEDIA DEADLINES:

• Upon acceptance of our offer and

receipt of your payment, you will be issued with an information sheet setting out all the deadlines and content, format and image sizes required for DMC to run these social media promotions on your behalf. If you miss these deadlines, you will forfeit these benefits and any late entries can be refused by Dressage Masterclass, with no obligation to refund any payment.

ACCESS TIMES:

• The trade village will be open to the public from 4pm on Friday 14th February and from 9am on Saturday, February 15th.

• Set up times for traders will be from:

o 8am-3pm Friday 14th February with trade stands to be set and in

place by 3pm at the latest. Each trader will be allocated a set up time for ease of vehicle congestion. Traders may opt to set up on Thursday, please indicate if you wish to take this option on your trade stand application.

o There will be no vehicle access from 3pm Friday and from 8am Saturday, all trade stands are to be in place and ready to trade by this time each day.

• Refer to your trade stand site number and have this number available to

discuss with traffic marshals during set-up.

• The trader will be required to park vehicles in the allocated section marked “traders parking” on a map to be provided with your vehicle access times. No parking for traders will be allowed in other areas.

INSURANCE & OHS

• All vendors must hold public liability insurance of $10m or more and must include a copy with their application, with the insurance being valid during the period the event is held. If your insurance is due for renewal prior to the event, you will need to provide a current certificate of currency by no later than the 1st February 2020.

• Traders must provide their own

power leads, which must be tagged and tested. Each trader will have one power outlet. Power leads not tested and tagged, will not be able to be used in the trade village.

• Traders are not to piggy-back

or exceed the power availability.

• Although security will be there,

DMC will not be liable for any damaged, missing or stolen goods.

RUBBISH

• Traders are responsible for their own rubbish. Bins will be provided and marked on the map to be provided with your access times.

• Bins will be emptied throughout the night but it is your responsibility to keep

your trade stand site clear and ensure all rubbish is placed in the correct bins throughout and prior to you leaving the event.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your trade stand is left in the same

condition as it was on arrival to the event.

PAYMENT & INCLUSIONS

• Payment of successful applicants will be required in full within 7 days of the payment form being sent to you. Only those applicants who are successful will be sent the payment form.

• There will be no refunds on trade stands once booked. • A 3x3 trade stand costs $950 Including GST • A 6x3 trade stand costs $1550 Including GST • The tier 2 trade stand advertising benefits costs $399 including GST
