Bailey Morgan- The Story

Bailey Morgan is a solo artist, who sings acoustically, which has been writing music from the age of 13 and has played guitar for 9 years, she learnt to play new instruments such as the uke, percussion instruments, bass guitar and the key board, she has also picked up Beat boxing, this is why she has a great sound as she has had time to develop and perfect her sound and image.

Although she is as I have described above she is still unsigned.

Both artist have the same music style and the same choice of clothes but it fits well with the music theme and what they actually sing about: which is journeys and life.

This is another similarity Both artists try to make the image of life beautiful and inspiring rather than the opposite how bleak it really is, both make the most of life and promotes optimism.

First of all both artists use a guitar in the video and play it themselves this allows the audience to see there determination and skill of learning an instrument that also expresses that they are both hard working artist.

My Image Idea For Bailey Morgan Clothes

I already believe Bailey had a good style but I would prefer it to be more like Lucy's Spraggans as I believe that style is better as it is more developed.

I also like the idea of checkered shirts for the song I think it would be a good idea to promote an edgy and rough image.

I want Bailey Morgan to have a modern /contemporary look to her as I believe that a modern look will fit her modern sound with the choice of clothes, this means I would like her hair to be a bit ruffled for her to have dark make-up and look more quirky, but I also want to portray positivity within her look although I don’t want the typical “Girl next door’ look that Female artist have started to use.

The idea behind “Let Go”: As I have said before Bailey Morgan always try's to promote positivity instead of pain and negativity, I believe that Bailey made this song to do that and to make us remember that not everything is within our power and once we have done the thing we can never take it back and can only move forward, although this sounds quite upsetting, I think it is a positive outlook on life, bailey try's to suggest that looking forward is better then dwelling on the past. Although Your past is apart of you there for you can never change it.

My Video Idea For my music video I plan on using the key lyrics

that I believe are important to the song and make them actions like when it says "Take charge, put your hands on the steering wheel, Control the shaky hands that show how you feel” this should be acted out whether this is by the artist herself or another person, I would like to draw inspiration form the song “Beautiful” by Christina Aguilera and only show the artist performing at some points in the song on a stage maybe with fairy lights or even in a bedroom as if they are performing the song they have just written. I would show this by starting the video by the artist finishing off the song. Also I would like others to be in this acting out certain life events inline with the music for example when this part plays “Don’t be afraid pick up the remains of whatever’s broken” I would like someone to be picking up glass pieces.
