• Remaining event estimate balance due. All accounts must be secured with a credit card for any event day charges such as additional guests, additional table set-ups or additional food and beverage.

Event date • If your guest count for the event exceeds the guarantee, we will do our best to provide similar meals for the additional guests at the contracted rate plus an additional charge of $5 per additional guest served. We will set additional tables at your request for a fee of $15 per table for tables over the guaranteed number.

Catering

Ralph Engelstad Arena is delighted to offer a wide varietyof menu items for your event. Our catering menu is onlya guideline of the many options that are available. Wecan customize a themed menu for the special event andmenu suggestions are always welcomed.

The catering department will send you an estimate basedon your estimated guest count and menu selections twoweeks prior to your scheduled event. You must confirmthat all items ordered on the estimate are correct bysigning and returning the estimate to the cateringdepartment. This allows us to prepare, plan, and staffappropriately. After you have guaranteed the number ofguests attending, an additional fee of $5 per person willapply for each additional plate added plus the cost of themeal ordered. The minimum charge for your event isbased on the guarantee.

For banquet orders, the number of meals ordered mustequal the number of your guaranteed minimum guests in attendance. We will not accept food orders that are less quantitythan the number of guaranteed guests in attendance. Plated meal service is limited to two different entrée options. It is theclient’s responsibility to confirm the number of each entrée selection when you confirm your guaranteed guest count, sevendays prior to your event.

If you wish, you may bring in a cake from a licensed cake decorator. Our catering staff can cut and serve your cake to guestsat a charge of $1 per guest which includes china service. If you would like to cut and serve your cake, Ralph Engelstad Arenawill provide black plastic service ware to you at no charge. You are also welcome to bring in service ware that coordinates withyour event colors.

All catering must be performed by REA’s catering department. It shall be the client’s responsibility to notify us with aguaranteed minimum number of meals no fewer than seven days prior to the event. ese guaranteed numbers are notsubject to reduction.

Due to market conditions, menu pricing is subject to change without notice. We will guarantee pricing for all contractedevents 90 days prior to the event. Food and non-alcoholic beverage pricing is subject to a 15% service charge and 7%sales tax. Alcoholic beverage pricing is subject to a 15% service charge and 9% liquor sales tax. All service charges are theproperty of REA which has complete discretion as to its use and distribution.

Table linens are included for the dining tables only ifcomplete entrées are ordered. e table linens that areincluded are a skirted head table, one tablecloth per diningtable, and a linen napkin per guest. If you are bringingoutside linens, REA needs to receive them 48 hours prior toyour event. Additional charges apply for all other table linens.

Decorating Guidelines & Additional Information

Please observe the following guidelines when decorating your space:

• Glitter and confetti are not allowed.• Non-residue tape or gaff tape are acceptable, no nails or

pins are allowed. • Candles – when lit, the tip of the flame of the candle must not

come within one inch of the top of the candle holder. Candles must be approved by the Event Manager prior to the event day.

• Helium balloons are not allowed in any part of Ralph Engelstad Arena without a previously signed waiver. You will be responsible for any charges that are incurred for retrieval and cleanup of the balloons.

• Ralph Engelstad Arena does not rent chair covers. You are invited to supply your own covers at your expense. e client will be responsible for the delivery, set up, and return of the chair covers.

Additional InformationTo assist with the success of your event, there are a few facilityguidelines that we would like to share with you:

• Confirm the availability of your event date and space with our Special Events Manager.

• Set up a meeting with one of our event managers to confirm the layout of your event space.

• Set up a meeting with the catering manager to select your menu items four weeks prior to your event.

• An estimate number of guests attending your event will be due four weeks prior to your event date, the confirmed number is due one week prior to your event date.

• Food selections must be decided four weeks prior to your event date.

• Event concludes no later than 1 AM. Bar will close at 12:30 AM.• Alcohol consumption is restricted to inside Ralph Engelstad

Arena only. Per venue policy guidelines, we do not allow the consumption of alcohol in the parking lots.

• Bringing outside food and beverage items into the facility is strictly prohibited.

• Due to health department regulations and arena policy, food and beverage must be prepared by Ralph Engelstad Arena Catering. In addition, Ralph Engelstad Arena prohibits guests to take home any extra food or beverage.
