Introduction
• Basel II SharePoint was created to collectively house all the Factory Floor documents/data into a web-based platform.
• The SharePoint site will go live starting August ’09.
• All Basel Ops team (Tampa/Manila) is required to use and maintain the site.• Basel Ops, STAR, Change Management and COE has access to the site.

To upload documents to Share Point • Click on the document Title • Go to Upload
• Choose Upload Document

1. Click to the Data warehouse subsite homepage
2. Choose to open the Calendar either:a. From the Home Pageb. Calendar and Contacts
3. Go to the month to update the calendar for the next reporting cycle.
4. Click on the business day
