Things To Bring

• Identification card / passport / company’s letter / staff pass (for verification upon registration).

• Past medical reports and any current medications.

Preparations

• Please fast for at least 10 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure accuracy of all tests. Sips of plain water allowed during fasting period.

• Please do not take your diabetic medication on the morning of your scheduled appointment. You may consume it after the screening tests are completed. Regular high blood pressure and heart medication can be taken as per usual.

• If you require spectacles, please bring them along for your vision tests. Kindly avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of your appointment.

• The urine and stool specimen bottles will be provided on the day of screening. • For ladies, please schedule your appointment 5 days after your last period.
