tionally successful Big-Dutchman-Group and

the renowned H. Wolking Mühlen- und

Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG.

BDW has developed into an important partner

for animal feed producers in Eastern Europe,

Russia and CIS states. Our range of services

includes consultancy, concept design, plan-

ning, production, delivery, assembly and

commissioning of systems for manufacturing

mixed feed. State-of-the-art CAD planning

and construction technology and highly

motivated and qualified employees, as well

as high-performance production systems,

guarantee the best quality for our customers.

BDW supplies feed production plants in the

performance range of 10 t/h to over 100

t/h and produces a customised concept for

each plant. Individual wishes are taken into

account.

Complete processing of the whole project

including initiating the machines and on-

site employee training is carried out by our

qualified personnel.

Step 1 | Analysis

Using your information, BDW prepares a

draft of the future system. This mirrors your

concepts, situation, feasibility and the budget.

Step 2 | Concept design

BDW designs a planning draft with all the

technical details and provides a full state-

ment of costs.

Step 3 | Project planning

Once both parties agree, technical detailed

planning begins according to measurements.

Step 4 | Production

Production of machines and components

begins.

Step 5 | Delivery, assembly and

construction management

Assembly begins once the equipment is

supplied and after clarifying all customs is-

sues. BDW provides a chief fitter and contin-

ually accompanies the progress of work,

closely coordinating with the customer.

Step 6 | Commissioning

The plant can be taken into operation after

a trial run of all individual processes.

Step 7 | Service

Throughout the whole project, BDW offers a

top service with the corresponding techni-

cal support. Our specialists are also pleased

to remain at your disposal after commis-

sioning.

Our switchgear construction department

produces switch and control cabinets,

power feeds and distributor cabinets, oper-

ating and observation stations with visuali-

sation and global access via the Internet.

Manufacturing takes place in the standard

format or as a customised construction ac-

cording to specific customer stipulations, in

line with national and international regula-

tions. All the systems we manufacture are

subjected to testing after completion. This

test is performed with state-of-the-art

measuring devices by qualified personnel. A

final approval record confirms to the cus-

tomer that the system is in safe working

order.
