Penwell-Gabel is pleased to offer our Reception Room when you choose to include a reception with your visitation, funeral service or memorial service. Our staff will be glad to visit with you regarding availability and scheduling details.

The Reception Room is available for a rental fee of $395 when used in conjunction with a funeral or memorial ceremony. When no service is selected, the rental fee is $495. This includes use of the room for two hours, set-up, tableware/napkins and clean-up.

You can provide your own refreshments or catering, or, for your convenience, we offer the following food and beverage packages.

Package 1Assorted cookie trays, coffee, tea, waterServes 50: $100

Package 2Assorted cookie tray, fruit tray, brownies, coffee, tea, waterServes 50: $175

Package 3Assorted sandwiches, vegetable tray, fruit tray, cookie tray, coffee, tea, waterServes 50: $300

If additional guests are expected, please inform your director so that adjustments to pricing/quantity of food can be considered. Custom menus are also available. Please check with our associates for pricing and options.
