WOW! Does this lady know her stuff or what?! Anyone who was part of Jeri’s Zoom Call on Thursday 27th July at 8:30pm will have learnt a massive amount about how to use Social Media to great effect; best apps to use; when and how much to post and about what; doing Facebook Lives and planning posts ahead to cover holidays and time out. Jeri also covered Facebook Parties, blogging, sponsoring and selling in person. When we have this much talent at our disposal it would

be criminal for us not to use it to maximum effect. So, starting from now, notes of Jeri’s calls will be available for every distributor to access from the Back Office of the website under the heading ‘Support’ and recordings of the Zoom Calls will also be available in due course. Jeri’s next zoom will be on Thursday 24h August at 8:30 pm. Make a note in your diary now to be available for this. Jeri covers a whole host of meaningful and practical issues that can mean the difference between being Good and being OUTSTANDING! Look out for Sherri’s post the day before each Special Zoom Call and ask to be included. Regular Zoom Calls are held by Sherri Monday evenings from 7:30pm and are a great opportunity to get help and support from your SheerSisters!

We are delighted to have awarded the first title of Miss SheerSister of the Month to Leighanne Mete who joined the company as an Independent Distributor in January of this year. 5,000 sq ft of digital billboard in the heart of Times Square, New York is being dedicated to LIPSENSE®. Please make a note of these requirements to make your life and ours a lot smoother! • MISSING ITEMS: Please check your order asap after delivery. You have 48 hrs to advise Head Office of any missing items by emailing:

packing@sheersense.com Please include your Order No., Name and ID Number. NB: after 48 hrs we will be unable to take any action. • RETURNS: Please check stock upon receipt and notify Packing of any issues within 14 days of delivery by providing photographic evidence of the product(s) in question to packing@sheersense.com. Packing will then advise if the item(s) needs to be returned. If so, use ‘signed for’ delivery and include the Order No., your Name, postal address and email address with a note explaining what is wrong with the product(s) and send to: SheerSense Ltd, Devlex House, Silverhillls Road, Decoy Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5ND. Packing Department will then contact you to advise you of action being taken. • ORDERS: Now that we are using DPD, please note that all Orders must be received by 2pm to be processed for next working day delivery. July’s competition Creative Arty Design was won by Laura Robinson for her amazing eyelid artwork. Inspired by Cats (very fitting for our Broadway show comments earlier) Laura produced this intricate design of two cats hugging each other in blissful contentment! Do the blog, get the link and post on Social Media. Think of themes for your target market and blog twice a month for consistency and to keep people engaged. Don’t start and then let it trail off! We have been beavering away here in Head Office adding to the Support we can provide to all Distributors and we now have a comprehensive amount of literature, videos and information

available to access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within the Distributors Back Office under the headings ‘Support’ and ‘Product Knowledge’. All New Distributors should head there for FAQs, Handbooks, ‘How To’ Tips, Training Materials and much more. We will constantly be adding new things into the Back Office as and when they become available and will keep you posted!
