...He said, “Tell me about faith.” Prophet Muhammad (peace &blessings be upon him) said, “Faith is to believe in Allah, his angels,his books, his messengers, the Last Day, and to believe in qadar,

whether good and its evil or bad.” The man said, “You have spokentruthfully.....

2.   The belief that Allaahhad decreed all things in al-

Lawh al-Mahfooz, fiftythousand years before Hecreated the heavens and

the earth.

Believing in the qadar is part of the pillars of Iman. Rejecting qadar isthe same as rejecting the belief in Allah. Each one of the pillars ofIman reflects the supremacy and sovereignty of Allah. Belief in the qadar is one aspect of Aqidah. It is a belief thateverything that happens in this world is with the wills and decree ofAllah.  There are four aspects of qadar to make it valid. There are:

When Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) heard that some peopledenied al-qadar. He said: “If I meet these people I will tell them that I havenothing to do with them and they have nothing to do with me. By the One
