SIS Group offers
• New electronic devices, appliances and systems design
• Replicas to existing electronic devices development
• Outdated and discontinued electronic devices modernization by using new hardware components; partial or complete replacement of electronic components and modules
• Electronic device production output increase due to changing the PCB topology and the elements in order to switch from manual to automatic soldering
Our main task isto provide the Customer with an integrated service
within the production cycle

Automatic SMD line
Due to the conveyor line all SMD operations make an integrated process. •Automatic soldering paste stenciling •Automatic components placement on the plate•Reflow soldering in a multizone convection oven•Automatic optical control
Line characteristics: Line total productivity is 58,500 components
per hour, Automated two-sided surface mount and
soldering of the components with nominal size starting from 0201 to microcircuit chips with 0.4 mm lead pitch including BGA, TQFP, TSSOP.
All operators have been trained at Siemens AG, Germany.
6An impressive example! The line can produce enough PCBs for 500 modern TV set within 8 hours.

SMD line components
EKRA X3 automatic screen and stencil printer The print speed is 5 – 200 mm/s The print pressure is 50 – 200 N
SIEMENS SIPLACE high-speed machines
SIEMENS SIPLACE 80 S25 HM – 2 sets, maximum performance is 25 000 components per hour
SIEMENS SIPLACE 80 F5 HM, maximum performance is 8 500 components per hour.
High accuracy of components placement!
7SIEMENS is the only company on the modern market of electronics that guarantees the accuracy of components placing 6 σ – zero-defect production. The accuracy in case of 6 σ is 135 μm.

PCB repair
Repair-soldering station (RSS) FINETECH, Germany – is a precise, practical and at the same time portable complex device for prototyping, repairing, maintenance and manufacturing of small range of products and for repairing in the sphere of high quality equipment.
RSS allows:
• components unsoldering (disassembling)
• removal of used soldering paste
• cooling soldering connections
• using soldering pastes and glues
• picking, positioning, and placement of components
• BGA microchips soldering
• recovery of BGA ball pins

Our advantages
• We offer the complete cycle of radio electronic device production: from the concept and trial model development to its mass production.
• We do not need subcontractors.
• Flexibility at all stages of the production cycle
• Timу reduction before production of the trial models
• Better price-quality ratio by reducing the expenses
• Guaranteed quality• Maintenance and repair
11
We are experienced in design
• Real-time data collecting and digital processing systems,
• Fire and security alarm systems,
• Fire fighting automatic equipment systems,
• Technological processes monitoring and control systems,
• TV set up boxes.
