1. Login at http://wcd.rajasthan.gov.in/rajposhan

1. Go to process bill option in Menu -> Click Generate Bill

2. Select month , bill type Regular(Honorarium) bill Name->e.g. AW Worker enter bill no.3. Enter the name who is preparing bill and submit

4. Enter absent days for employees and select process bill for Honorarium employee whose bill is to be prepared and submit.

5. Click Ok to proceed

6. Take print out check it and if correction then edit else click on Process Bill & Push to IFMS.7. To Confirm click on ok

8. Transaction id will be generated , note down it. It will be used at pay manager as reference number during process.

9. Process at Rajposhan software id complete. 10. Next process will be at paymanager.

11. Login at paymanager12. Allocate the Bill

13. Bill Type -> RAJPOSHAN & Bill Subtype –> RegularFill other details and submit.

14. Add Account number for LIC Deduction Report -> scholar/AnganWadi report -> Anganwadi / Scholar bank Detail

15. Now go to Other bill -> Rajposhan

16. Select Month , Bill Name, bill no bill subtype –Regular and Reference no –> RajposhanTransaction ID Click on show Detail

17. Bill processing -> Forward to DDO

18. Now in Report -> Rajposhan report – >Print Rajposhan Inner, Rajposhan outer, schedule & check it

19. Authorisation -> Forward to Treasury

20. Take Final bill print and submit to treasury for process.
