1. Put the cola in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 mins until the liquid has halved in volume. Tip into a non metalic bowl and allow to cool before stirring in the remaining marinade ingredients.

2. Slash the meat on the drumsticks, then add them to the marinade, leaving them for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.

3. Cook over hot barbecue coals, turning frequently, for about 25 minutes or until cooked through, basting the meat. Serve with a large mixed salad.

1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200˚C/fan oven 180˚C. Cut each pastry sheet in half and then cut each half into four equal rectangles.

2. Take one filo rectangle and spray with the cooking spray. Put a small teaspoon of the Quark in the middle and top with a cube of chocolate and an apple wedge. Fold in the sides of the pastry to cover the apple to make a parcel. Spray another rectangle of pastry with the cooking spray and use to wrap the apple parcel. Transfer to a non stick baking tray. Repeat to make eight in total.

3. Spray the parcels with the cooking spray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden. Dust with the icing sugar and serve warm.
