SIZE REQUIREMENTS. • Street Locations: Ideal size is 2,000 to 3,000 square feet,
plus an outdoor patio. We will consider 1,500 to 2,000
square feet, depending on expected volume.
• Food Court Locations: Minimum 600 square feet with 22
linear feet of frontage.
