Easy pillowtop ruffles - instantly created with the pull

of a string!



• Adds flange and Cinch-Loc cord to the pillowtop gusset for easily

creating pillowtop beds with ruffled corners.

• Replace manual sewing operations by adding a simple Cinch-

Loc* drawstring to your pillowtop gussets.

• By tightening the Cinch-Loc only in the corners of your gusset

you can eliminate costly stitching, measuring and positioning

operations.

• There is no need to meticulously determine each corner position.

• Cinch-Loc ruffles cannot be pulled apart during build-up since

they’re not formed until the Cinch-Loc is pulled tight.

• This economical pillowtop method gets pillowtops made

quicker, uses inexpensive flange rather than a full inner deck panel,

and build-up takes less time.

• Single needle chainstitch sewing head runs automatically with

automatic unwind and wind-up mechanisms. Just put on the roll

of material, press start and work on another job.

• Automatic material run-out and thread break sensors

automatically shut down the machine.
