The Service survey showed that most people preferred a weekday, during week hours We kept this away from the holidays since they are already so very busy! If there’s a great desire for holiday help, which I understand there sometimes can be, we can always coordinate a drive or something at a presentation in late fall. Beth Watts is requesting that we stay together as a group and am planning on about 15-20 people based on turnout from previous years.

Activities Since Last Report: Social: Multiple social media posts on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn highlighting our May program, PRestige Awards, PRSA Tampa Bay blog posts and applicable PR news. Web: Five new blogs were posted in May. The web team is still working on the reconfiguration/content upgrade. Newsletter: For the second month, we utilized our expanded distribution list (includes members and prospective members). We have received good view rates and minimal unsubscribes (many are due to duplicate emails). Video: The video team is working on a video or two about the PRestige Awards. These will be utilized on all PRSA Tampa Bay digital communication channels.
Upcoming Activities: Our team will continue to rework PRSATampaBay.com. We are planning blog and video elements to promote the PRestige Awards. We will also continue to promote chapter events and membership benefits.
