Secretary- Andy Communications standards everything electronic, electronic

standards, Big Brother mentor Jason Caps has a great

Tech committee overseer. PNBOA Marking site. Thinking of going to arbiter for

all sensitive files. Comment. Arbiter deletes after a year.

Apprentice- Nick Committee members are on Job description. More

scholarships. More money. #1 trained group

Treasurer- Sam School & rec checks were out. Financials were mailed

out. Finance committee. Contracts for leagues. Look at billing our rec leagues

each month. Ideal Pay each month.

Membership- Rodney same log in for all .org, Committee, no need, Video,

video clips.

Rec Assignor- Leslie Goals Communicate better with membership and board.

Make physical contact with each league once a month. Assignments 4 weeks in

advance. Price bonus if in a week early. Rec official of the month. Bios.

E & G- Craig Meet with Nancy & Tim Standardize letters. Independent

contract agreement Keep same committee Get committee member to run for

board. We should all do this.

Member A issue member B does not want to work with member C due to his

behavior with a player member C fined for being late.

Assignor needs to forward information to E & G about complaints.

VP- Doug Looking for ideas Separate 3 person and 2 person segments. Fall

camp Doug will not run it himself. Wants to assist other board members.

Evaluations- Michael More about training. Farm training out. Apprentice

filmed once a year. Peer evaluations.

Committee members. Have all the observers watch the same game.

President- Tim- Not satisfied with Game Assign. Train varsity officials with JV

officials.

Andy Proprietorship of game assign info. It needs to get purged.

Rec- Drew Improve relationships with re leagues. Need a definition of roles. All

complaints need to be documented.

Assignor- John Like to get information in as soon as possible. Two person info

at every meeting. Look at getting more 3 person JV games.

3. Tim went around and thanked each member and said good things about each

Tribute to Woody woodruff out going board member.
