Logo Versions

#1

The preferred version of the logo to use is the version that includes the “ .ca” reference and should be used in all possible cases (this includes usage on any program flyers, partnerships with other programs, as well as anytime the Parenting Network is being promoted) .

Please use the provided files located in the folder called “FULL VERSION” .

#2The ONLY time the “non- .ca-version” of the logo should be used is on materials coming directly from the voice of the Parenting Network - such as the website or any resources developed through the program .

Please use the provided files located in the folder called “NO CA VERSION” .

#3If the logo needs to appear in “micro” size where the Sherbourne Health Centre tagline may not be legible than the simplified “text-only” version of the logo (including the .ca) maybe used . This version is best used for the watermark over photos .

Please use the provided files located in the folder called “MICRO VERSION” .

Logo WatermarkWhen used on a busy/photographic background, the logo should appear floating in a white box in preferable the lower right corner of the image .

The previous rule must be observed - that the minimum white space that should appear around the logo at anytime is the height/width of the lowercase “o” character from the word “network” . The logo that is used for the watermark should always be the black micro version so that the colour of the logo does not conflict with any colours in the photograph and the program line does not become illegible . Please use the provided files called “SHC_ParentingNetwork_WATERMARK” in the appropriate file format located in the folder called “WATERMARK VERSION” . Be sure to use the files while preserving the transparency .

Logo File FormatsThe provided are in four different file formats . Please use the appropriate file format as defined below . • .eps > For professional print work (such as

brochures, booklets, posters, etc.) - This format looks good at any size, has

a transparent background and is what a professional printer or designer will request .

• .pdf > For print/presentation use (e.g., Pages, Keynote, etc.)

- This format looks good at any size, has a transparent background and can be dragged directly into Pages and Keynote documents . Other applications, such as Word and Powerpoint, may not be able to use these without a significant loss of quality .
