LEARN THE TRICK TO BE DISCOVERED AND REMEMBERED

All insights are based on thorough research. An end-user and consumer research were conducted in Russia and Poland*: in total 32 four- & five-starred hotels, interviewing chefs and purchasing responsible. Also focus groups and interviews with regular hotel visitors on habits, key choice criterion for choosing a hotel and d emands for wanting to return**.
