Sourcing Strategy

Referral Network

Brentford places hundreds of candidates each year and has a highly effective incentive based

referral network which constitutes towards 25% of our closures.

In House Database

Brentford has a dedicated staff of over 30 people whose full time job is to maintain our database.

Our database is small but very accurate as its updated every 4 weeks. Our database management

team communicates with our database on a regular basis to remain assures of their availability.

This constitutes towards 30% of our closures.

Portals/ Internet / Linkedin

Brentford maintains membership on all portals and recruitment based sites, however, it not our

primary recruitment strategy. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.

News Paper Advertisement

Brentford takes out regular advertisements in newspapers for critical categories or when the

demand is in large numbers. News Papers allow us to college a large number of interested

candidates in a very short span of time. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.

External Recruiter Network

Brentford prides itself in its External recruiter network what composes of over 400 recruiters who

work for us on a park time basis. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.

Sourcing ProcessEach profile is technically evaluated based on client requirements.

Candidate who pass our internal interviews held by Brentford Interview

Panel, are proposed to our customers with a detailed technical

evaluation sheet.

REFERRAL NETWORK

Profiles are gathered by Screening team based on

the client requirement. The screening team then

asks a list of questions to further qualify the

candidates. In many cases aptitude and attitude

tests are done at this stage.

Shortlisted candidates are shared with our

“Interview Panel”. This panel consists of industry

experts of specific vertical who conduct technical

interview based on the client requirement. This

concept is unique only to Brentford as we

believe in investing time up-front on interviews

to save our clients time at a later stage.

The candidates who pass the interview of our

Interview Panel are forwarded to the client.

Each resume is sent with a cover sheet that has

details of the interview which was conducted

along with feedback from the Brentford Interview

Panel interviewer.
