1) ORBITRON TRADLINK :

We are supplying Integrated Fully Automatic Milk Collection System - IAMCS to the milk unions and

their member societies. We are supplying this system is to all the milk unions of Gujarat,

Maharastra, Andra Pradesh, Haryana, TamilNadu and Kerala.

This system is very helpful to the Milk Dairies for instantly recording and keeping up to date and

accurate records- member wise, shift wise, date wise, periodical or month wise and source wise

(separately for buffalo milk and cow milk) computerized accounts/ records of the dairy for all

transactions. It totally eliminates the need to keep manual record keeping in the dairy and thus the

clerical work is totally eliminated.

Our IAMCS is consisting of Computer, Monitor, Printer, CPU, Processor, Keyboard, Card Reader

Machine, Electronic Weighing Scale with platform and fully Automatic Electronic Fat MeasuringMachine (FATOMATIC) with optional items like Uninterrupted Power Supply System (UPS),

Electronic Power Conditioning System (EPCOS), Spike busters, Electronic Timers Invertors and

Hardware Lock etc.

This IAMCS System totally is windows based and the software is connectable with internet and LAN

based also with Milk Collection System. We have also installed our Lan based software in many

societies in Gujarat and having different modules like Masters, Accounting, Stock & Inventory,

Credits and Debits of dairies as well as members. This is very useful and essential to the Milk

Dairies & Member Societies to keep their records like member, shift, date, periodically, monthly and

source wise (separately for Buffalo and Cow milk) and keeps all the transactions and accounts

accurately. All the clerical and manual work is eliminated in this system. Also it takes care of all the

activities of a Co-operative society like Purchase & Sale of Milk, Cattle Feed, Fodder, Butter,

Fertilizer, Expenses on and Income from services, Group Insurance, Animal Insurance, Deposit

Scheme, Member Saving, Member Loan Accounts, up to final accounting including Balance Sheet.

We are the pioneers and one of the largest manufacturers of Electronic Weighing Scales in Gujarat

since 1992. They have their State - of -art manufacturing facility, where we manufacture about 3000

PROMPT make Weighing Scales per year of between 300 gms to 2000 kg capacity in both Table

Top to Platform models for the trade, industries & government departments. These scales are

manufactured as per the standards laid down by the Weights and Measures, Authority of Govt. of

India. Each and every scales are stamped and tested by the Inspector of Weights and Measures

Department of Legal Metrology Government of Gujarat.

About 35000 Prompt make scales are satisfactory working all over Gujarat in various trades and

industries and in Milk Dairies.

Prompt brand Fully Automatic Electronic Milk Fat Testing Machine, which is the first and only one

of its kind in India, and which can instantly and faultlessly measure and display fat contents of a

given milk sample without operating or pressing any handle or keys or buttons. This wonder

machine is Compact, Light Weight & Portable and has been indigenously invented, designed, and

manufactured by expert technocrats of PPEPL. Latest Electronic Technology and know how have

5) Milko Tech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. : INDIZ Brand

MTEPL, one of the leading business house of Ahmedabad, has now comp up with another high

quality product MILKOFAT Machine INDIZ brand Electronic Fat Testing Machine (MILKOFAT).

This Milkofat is a simple, accurate and reliable product to measure milk fat content at village level,

milk societies, small dairies and chilling centers. The measuring principle (measurement of current

of scattered light) of Milkofat is well-known and proven. Most of the parts are manufactured in-

house to achieve highest reliability and prompt post-sales support.

This machine can instantly and faultlessly measure and display Fat contents of a given milk sample

without operating or pressing any handle or keys or buttons. This wonder machine, which is

5) Prompt Equipments Pvt. Ltd.- Prompt Brand Software Divisionprovides,

We are designing software for many industries some of them are Automatic Milk Collection

System, Statistical Net Weight Management System and Load Cell Based Tank Weighing System

for Bulk Milk Coolers.

a) Statistical Net Weight Control System :

Prompt Group is investing in system solutions in order to offer complete from the sensor.

Ethernet Networking, state of the art software o validation consulting. Statistical Net Weight

Control is the most used SQC software in the market. New generation software platform

based on 32 bit database and Ethernet connectivity.

A system specialist prepares this document. The purpose is to document how PROMPT

Group can fulfill the users requirements for the planned new computerized in Process ControlSystem for the Packing departments based on Statistical Net Weight Control System.

b) Load Cell Based Weight System for Bulk Milk Cooling Tanks :

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Load Cell based Weighment

System for Bulk Milk Cooling tanks of 1000L, 2000L, 3000 L and 5000 L capacities including

all accessories on turnkey basis to be installed at Village Dairy Cooperative societies to

ensure weight and temperature capture at one minute interval and generating required

reports.

These systems would be installed in village Dairy Co-operative Society (DCS) having Bulk

Milk Coolers installed, which collects the milk everyday in the morning & evening from milk

producers. The Bulk Milk Coolers collects the milk from the producers and chill them till dairy's

route Tanker picks it up. The Weighment systems should be able to provide the current NET

weight (ie. After deducting the dead weight of the equipment) at a given point of time. The

weight will be displayed prominently via a display indicator and there should be provision of

RS 232 connectivity for the same. These systems would be installed in the existing

operational Bulk Milk Coolers. The care should be taken by the supplier to ensure minimal

disturbances to the routine operations of the unit.
