Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) was established in the year 1972 by the
Government of Andhra Pradesh, India, with the primary object of imparting high quality technical
education and promoting applied research and consultancy. JNTUH is one of the premier
organizations in the country offering technological education. The University was divided into four
university in the year 2008 and now it is renamed as Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
Hyderabad (JNUTH), Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Apart from four prestigious colleges at Hyderabad,
Karimnagar, Manthani and Sultanpur, a total 463 Engineering, Pharmacy and management colleges
are affiliated to JNTUH Hyderabad. Institute of Science and Technology is the prime constituent
unit of JNTUH offering PG Courses in science & technology. JNTUH also has constituent units
such as School of Information Technology, School of Management Studies, School Continuing and
Distance Education, UGC Academic Staff college, Bureau of Industrial Consultancy Service and
Innovation Technology Centre.
In order to cater to the needs of mankind in the emerging areas of technology, IST is offering
various PG Programmes under various disciplines such as Chemical Technology, Water Resources,
Environmental Management, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nano Science and
Technology, Remote Sensing and Satellites Meteorology. The Centre for Chemical Sciences and
Technology (CCST) a constituent unit of IST, JNTU Hyderabad was established in the year 2010.
The centre has several national and international projects besides conducting a number of short
term courses, National and International Conferences and Consultancy assignments. In addition,
the centre is offering multi disciplinary master and doctoral programmes in the field of Chemical
Sciences and Chemical Technology. At present the centre is funded by TEQIP & DST-FIST.

Centre for Chemical Sciences and Technology, Institute of Science
& Technology, JNTUH is organizing an International Conference
on “Trend Setting Innovations in Chemical Sciences &
Technology –Applications in Pharma Industry(TSCST-th thAPI 2015)” during 16 -18 December, 2015. The main aim of
this conference is to provide a platform to the researchers in
academics, industries and research institutions for exchanging &
upgrading their knowledge in different new fields of chemistry and
chemical technology. This conference will open new doors of
scientific works to face new challenges in Pharmaceutical Industry
for the benefit of the society.
The three-day conference will be informative and intellectually
stimulating. The Conference include invited talks, plenary
lectures from distinguished speakers of leading research
institutions and contributed research papers in various fields of
Chemistry and Chemical Technology by participants.

Abstracts of plenary lectures, Invited talks and oral paper presentations will be brought in the form of proceedings with ISBN number. Selected papers will be published in reputed journals after peer review process.

Registered participant can present only one paper.
Payment should in the form of crossed DD in favour of
“Convener-TSCST-2015 payable at Hyderabad.
The technical program comprises of invited talks, oral
and poster presentations. The Abstracts are invited
(about 300 words) for oral and poster presentations.
Participants are requested to send abstracts of their
original research work in A4-size word document in
Times New Roman font style. The title of the abstract
should be bold and text should be normal. Font size for
title is 14 and 12 for text. The entire abstract must be
single spaced. Acceptance notification will be
communicated to authors by email. The author of the
accepted abstract must send their full length paper on
or before Nov 10th 2015. Key words have to be given in
