Sorrento Quay Boardwalk.

Contract sum: $16,000,000.00
Sorrento Quays Boardwalk stage 2 project is the
addition of a large tavern and retail premises,
dramatically increasing the public amenity and
appeal to the existing Hillarys Boat Harbour, one of
Western Australia’s most popular tourist destinations.
Architecturally designed and suspended above
the ocean, the buildings, boardwalk and bascule
bridge construction was executed and finished
to an exceptional standard.
Stage 3: Old tavern conversionArchitect: Meyer Shircore Architects & Assoc.
Contract sum: $4,000,000.00
Stage 3 works involved the conversion and
re-development of the old vacated tavern
premises into an extensive mall, various retail,
food and beverage premises.
The design and completed works created a
connection between the new spaces and the
existing Sorrento Quay Boardwalk, enhancing
the entire area for an exciting mix of retail and
dining experiences.

Contract sum: $3,900,000.00
The Breakwater is the new premier waterfront split
level bar, lounge and restaurant establishment, within
the new Sorrento Quay Boardwalk development.
The extensive fit-out is both impressive and unique,
with chic spacious interiors, spectacular alfresco
and salubrious atmosphere. The standard was set
exceptionally high, successfully achieved by the
design and the project team providing one of
Perth’s premier locations.

Three storey office building refurbishment in StirlingArchitect: Meyer Shircore & Associates
Contract sum: $10,000,000.00
An extensive office refurbishment was carried out to
produce an A-class commercial office space building
located next to the City of Stirling Council Building.
One of the more noted challenges faced by the
construction team was an early tenant occupation
of the ground floor consisting of a Kidney Dialysis
Centre. This meant that any interruption to services
to this tenancy were potentially life threatening to
their patients.
The building was once aged and dated in appearance,
now it represents the modern era of construction
methods and design.

Refurbishment in Osborne ParkArchitect: Meyer Shircore & Associates
Contract sum: $3,200,000.00
A complete refurbishment of an existing nondescript
office building at a major intersection. The outcome
of the works has significantly increased the value of
this building and contributed to the surrounding
buildings exposure.
Located on a busy road, the outstanding design, and
finish has created a property with a distinct identity.
This project was completed on time and within the
client’s budget.
