Montreal, QC, December 21th 2012
Eastern Pro Tour is proud to announce a new partnership with “Courses VTT”. Lynda Chénard and Luc
Boucher are now officially part of the EPT team for the 2013 season. Their son Samuel will be joining our
technical inspection crew for a few events as well. This family’s experience in ATV and side-by-side racing
along with their general racing experience will be an important add-on.
We are also proud to share that we have concluded a sponsorship deal with “Sport Collette Rive Sud” and
“Yamaha” for the Outlaw class. In fact the “Yamaha” factory in collaboration with their dealer “Sport
Collette Rive Sud” have become EPT sponsors. An amount of $ 1, 500.00 will be added to the championship
purse in this particular class. Thank you to “Sport Collette Rive Sud” and “Yamaha”.

Daniel Mulligan and Jordan Ouellet have retired from our team of officials. Daniel now father of two has
decided to spend more time with his newly expanded family. He will remain an active member of the Easter
Pro Tour team by remaining in-charge of our website www.eptracing.com. Jordan for his part is someone
that, when involved in something, he gives his all to the project. Now that he has started university he will be
giving all he’s got to this new step of his life and will not be able to take the time necessary to be with us
every weekend. He too will remain an active member of the Eastern Pro Tour crew by being responsible of
our Facebook page and we will most likely see him from time to time around the track. EPT would like to
thank them both for all the time they have invested so that our races happen in a safe and efficient
environment.
In 2013 there will be a few changes in the rules for the ATV class. We will also see 2 new classes
implemented in the side by side category which are the Pro Series 1000 and the Pro Mod 1000. We, with Luc
Boucher’s help, are now writing the rules for the side by side classes. This category being on the rise in the
racing world, the rules will be based on the same thoughts and dynamics than the ISR stock class rules. We
are also reviewing the ATV rules and are trying to find a convenient solution to reflect the Ice Oval Racing
perspectives while respecting the ATV race world. The new rules will soon be available on our website under
More>>Documents.
