    technique, kissing technique, embossing, etc.

Step 3: Assembly: Feel free to construct your binder in an order that makes sense to

    A. I copied the block guide onto transparency so that you could lay it over a stamp

to see whats the best fit. I keep several of these in the front of my binder to give

to guest who would like one or to let them borrow it.

    B. Next I have a monthly calendar for the year. The calendar I chose had monthly

tabs on it. I record days off (children events or family events) and then I mark

which days I have available for gatherings.

    C. The first official divider in my binder is Party Sales.

    a. You should have printed off a Party Sales sheet. I keep one of these for

each month. I record the hostess or club name, the date I held it, Sales

total (subtotal), my commission, any discounts I might have given, how

much I charged to my credit card and how much payments I received.

    b. I total everything on the last line for each month.

    c. I keep party receipts behind each monthly sheet.

    D. Workshops

    a. Print Workshop Sign-up sheet from the training academy. I record the

    workshop name, date, and time.

    b. I record peoples names as they sign up for a workshop and I record how

    much they paid.

    c. I also make notes to the side or bottom about how much the workshop will

cost me and what materials I need.

    d. The bottom has a check sheet to make sure you send invitations on time, make calls, order materials, and send reminders.

    E. Clubs

    a. I print the Scrapbook Hostess Club form and keep this at the front of this

section. I changed the info to match my clubs and members.

    b. I also keep agreements in this section and any ideas or notes I get from

    unit meetings or conference calls.

    F. Online Sales

    a. I print online sales receipts and keep them in this section. I mark on them if

I have sent a follow-up email, sent a newsletter, or made a phone call.

    d. I keep one envelope behind this tab for all of the receipts except for

supplies which are kept behind the supply divider.

    J. Booking

    a. This is where I keep my Customer Phone Log
