Back office PROFILE MANAGEMENT / KYC The first step consists in filling the profile with all the important personal data. The next step is the KYC (Know Your Customer), which is the legal requirement. A valid passport or ID card and a confirmation of residence not older than 3 months must be uploaded. A current electricity, water or telephone bill is also accepted as a residence confirmation. If everything is OK, the release will follow after a few days and then the commission payment can be affected. REGISTRATION Every person who meets the registration guidelines can register free of charge through a sponsor link and from this point onwards begin to build up their own DUCATUS business. As of registration, a new business partner has the possibility to read and evaluate all information in the back office in detail. In order to become an active partner of DUCATUS, the purchase of the first Mining Credit Package per registered position must be made within 30 days of registration. With the purchase of the first Mining Credit package, a one-off fee of 30 euros per position becomes due. This amount must be taken into account when the cash account is first issued. In order to make the business as flexible as possible, there is the possibility to create up to three independent DUCATUS accounts per

person. An individual email address must be specified for each account. PARTNER POSITIONING Generally, partners register via a sponsor link, which is usually sent online or made available on an online platform. Due to the increasing selling price of the Mining Credits and, by extension, of the DUCATUS coins, in contrast to the constant package prices, the number of purchased Mining Credits in the respective packages is being constantly adjusted. Detailed information about the current quantities is regularly published in the Mining Credit Shop. When the needle of the Mining Credit parameter rises to 100%, the jump to the next higher price will follow shortly thereafter.

When the display in the back office has reached 100%, 1% of the total of the 7,778,742,049 Mining Credits produced have been sold. These are exchanged for DUCATUS and distributed in the wallets of the users.

Cash Account

BONUSES Direct Bonus

You receive 8+5% (13%) Direct Bonus on the Business Volume (BV) from Mining Credits bought by your personally registered partners. For packages of 5,000 Euro or higher, you will earn an additional 5% Direct Bonus on your BV, totalling 18%.

Fast Start Bonus

Valid in the first 30 days of registration. With a cumulative turnover of your downline of at least 5,000 BV you receive a one-time bonus of €400. With a total turnover of at least 10,000 BV you receive a one-time bonus of €1,300 and an invitation to two-day Basic Miner seminar. Qualification criteria: The qualifying period starts with the day of your registration and ends on the 30th afterwards. Crediting is due after expiry of the 30-day period. A maximum of 70% of the required BV is credited to your strongest leg. Example: If you reach 13,000 BV in the qualifying period, your maximum line will be credited by no more than 7,000 BV, i.e. 70% of the required 10,000 BV. Team Bonus

To qualify for the Team Bonus, you need to purchase Mining Credits for a minimum of €50 and register at least two direct partners in your downline, each purchasing a Mining Credit package of at least €50. After that, your business volume (BV) accumulates indefinitely, which in turn, if the BV is regular, results in higher career levels in the DUCATUS Business Plan. Your Team Bonus will be calculated for the purchases of Mining Credit packages by your downline only. There are 13 percentage gradations within the Team Bonus. It starts at 1,000 BV with 2% and ends with 10,946,000 BV at 21%. The Team Bonus is obtained from the respective difference. Regardless of the position of your direct partner, the entire BV of its downline counts for its advancement in the bonus level. You as a sponsor always get the difference compared to your partner in the First Line.

Matching Bonus

The Matching Bonus is calculated from the direct and team bonuses of your downline partners. It is paid until the 13th level. To qualify, you must purchase a minimum of €250 mining credits. Rank Bonus

After reaching one of the 13 levels in the DUCATUS business plan, you will receive a rank bonus as a one-time success premium on your account. This starts at €50 for reaching the rank Iron and ends with € 1 million for reaching the rank Emperor. The total bonus until reaching the highest rank is €1,932,850.

Lifestyle Bonus

To qualify for the Lifestyle Bonus, you must reach at least level BRONZE. The monthly Lifestyle Bonus is based on the reached career level. Starting at €300 a month, this bonus can increase up to €8,900 per month. The qualification period is monthly and extends from the first to the last day of a month. To qualify for the lifestyle bonus, you must reach the required criteria month by month. This includes both your own BV and the required BV of your team. The qualification includes all purchases of Mining Credits from your Cash and Trading Account for your own BV and all purchases of Mining Credits from the Cash and Trading Account of your business partners for their BV. If you fail to fulfil the required criteria for the Lifestyle Bonus of your career level in a respective month, but you meet the criteria for a lower level, in that month you will receive the Lifestyle Bonus for this career level. Example: You have qualified for the Career Level GOLD, but you meet only the qualification criteria of the Career Level BRONZE. In this month you will be paid only €300 Lifestyle Bonus instead of €800. Depending on the country in which the DUCATUS network operates, a specific type of bonus can be selected by the management. In some countries the Lifestyle Bonus is used for a car program; in other countries it can be travel, cash or another kind of premium.

World Bonus

1% of the international business volume (BV) is accumulated in a „World Bonus Pool“ and paid to qualified DUCATUS business partners on 15 June and 15 December of each year. For reaching the level of Precious Miner SILVER you get 1 share. The shares increase with the attainment of higher billing levels. This gives you 5 shares as TITAN and 21 shares as EMPEROR. Please see the qualification criteria for the exact number. The amount available for disbursement is divided by the total shares issued, resulting in the share value. Depending on how many shares you have accumulated in 6 months, this will give you the amount you receive from the World Bonus Pool. The qualification periods are from December to May and from June to November. However, a requirement for this bonus is the active work with your downline, the attendance of the training required by the DUCATUS Academy and the attendance of at least one international event per year.

Ruler Bonus

The highest levels in the DUCATUS business plan are SENATOR, CENTURION and EMPEROR. These partners are the most important pillars in the international business development. Due to their international presence, the tasks they perform are cross-border and cross-structural. Apart from the day-to-day business, the company is active in the representation of the company group and in the support to the establishment of new markets. They are especially rewarded by DUCATUS. In addition to their commissions and bonuses from the year in which they qualify for one of these levels, they receive an annual RULER BONUS on the basis of their qualifying month. DUCATUS provides 8% of the company‘s profit from the DUCATUS network for this purpose. This amount is distributed among the holders of RULER shares. The RULER BONUS is paid out 14 days after the adoption of the annual audit report by the Board of Directors.

BUSINESS VOLUMEN BV

The business volume, BV for short, is the calculation basis for all commissions in the DUCATUS business plan. BV is also used to calculate the career levels and qualifications. BV can never come from personal sales, because one’s own BV always automatically goes up to the sponsor, which in turn means that a business partner’s BV is always obtained from its entire downline. Once established, BV is never lost and is saved up throughout the entire duration of a partnership in order to be able to continually rise in the business plan. 1 euro is equivalent to 0,8 BV.

DOWNLINE

Downline is the term to describe all business partners under a particular sponsor. These are both directly sponsored partners in the FIRST LINE, as well as all partners below, to the infinite depth. Direct partners in the First Line are also referred to as first generation or level 1.

CRYPTO MONEY

Cryptography is the science of encrypting information. Crypto money differs from physical money of central banks in that it is virtual, that is, it appears in the form of digital coins. One of the advantages of a crypto currency in contrast to the conventional currency is the lower influence of politics, banks and the economy. Crypto money is counterfeit-proof and is usually only placed in previously fixed quantities. Every Coin is assigned to one owner. The most famous crypto currency is the Bitcoin.

BITCOIN (BTC)

Bitcoin is the first and most important decentralized digital currency in the world. The Bitcoin was allegedly created by a software developer with the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. However, it is still unclear whether it is a single person or a group. There is enough room for speculation left. Bitcoin is a purely digital currency founded in 2009 and based on a decentralized blockchain.

E-WALLET (digital wallet)

This is needed to store user balance on electronic platforms and to use it for payments of goods and services on the Internet. The user of a digital wallet receives a credit on the account (equivalent to the filling of a virtual „wallet“) by making a deposit in the preferred method of payment, which depends on the methods offered by the supplier.

The credit card payment is the most frequent method, but transfer or direct debiting is also possible. In the EU, operators of such platforms are regulated as electronic money institutions.

What is a Bitcoin Wallet? The Wallet is an important tool when using Bitcoin. The Bitcoin Wallet can be compared with a real wallet. Get one or more wallets to store your money inside them. If you want to spend money, for example when buying a commodity, you take the money from your wallet and pass it on. This is also the basic principle with the Bitcoin Wallet. Bitcoin is a digital currency. There is no physical object that represents the value „realistically“ as in the case of bank notes. This is why a „digital“ wallet is used.

How does a Bitcoin Wallet work? Each wallet is a kind of a long string. This is available only once and describes your wallet and no other. In this wallet your credit is stored. If someone knows your wallet, he can also see how much credit you have in it. In order for you to have exclusive access to your wallet, it is protected by a password. Each wallet is anonymous. No personal data will be stored. You can also add more wallets. It is advisable not to store all of your assets in the wallet. Create additional wallets with little credit, for example for mobile use on the smartphone. You can also copy a wallet as a file and secure it. Wallets with a lot of credit can be saved in different places (backup).

BLOCKCHAIN

A blockchain is a decentralized database that maintains a constantly growing list of transaction records. The database is linearly expanded in a chronological order, comparable to a chain, to which new elements are constantly added at the lower end (hence the term „blockchain“). When one block is complete, the next one is generated. Each block contains a checksum of the previous block. A blockchain is used for general data protection. It was developed for the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. Today, all official cryptocurrencies use the blockchain technology. This technique is now also used for the general collection and storage of data. Land registers, birth records, artworks, money transactions and much more are managed in a blockchain.

MINING

Mining allows us to create (mine) crypto currencies. Miners (computers connected all over the world) monitor every transaction that takes place around the world. They provide security to the entire network; if there were no miners, there would be no crypto currencies or transactions. The entire network i.e. each individual miner wants to maintain the system, this is called the blockchain technology. This ingenious technology could potentially change our whole lives, just as the Internet did years ago. The new blocks (several transactions are grouped into one block) are executed with a computation-intensive process. In the case of Bitcoin, by solving the computational tasks the miners receive a reward of 12.5 bitcoins per block - every 10 minutes! This process is called Mining, which is constantly carried out through the network of participants. The reward is only given to the person who first solves the cryptographic computational task. Every 4 years or 210,000 blocks a bitcoin halving takes place, this process halves the payout of bitcoins per hit block. Another halving will take place in 2020, which means that for each block that has been successfully calculated you get only 6.25 bitcoins, but the value of the bitcoin will continue to increase. If the value of the bitcoin did not increase further, the Mining in the example bitcoin would no longer be efficient for many and would possibly end with the mining. The computing power and the difficulty are constantly increased and are so high that they are no longer profitable unless one has the necessary expertise. However, new technologies that will be economically and ecologically more sensible are already being developed. An example of this area is the DUCATUS pre-mining concept.

„Every person bears social responsibility, especially those who are doing much better than others.“ We at DUCATUS live up to that responsibility. All active business partners (BP) save 3% of their

commissions in their personal Charity Accounts. BPs invest these funds in social projects. There is a possibility to choose to support projects of the DUCATUS Charity, projects of other BPs or one‘s own projects.

For instance, projects concerning children and young people: Children and young people are the weakest link in the chain. Working with children is the most valuable „work“ and the most sensible investment of your time - to open the world to children and to offer them a large variety of prospects. The children and young people of today are the society of tomorrow. The future of humanity lies in their hands. In 20-30 years they will be the ones who will steer the world’s business, politics, education and industry. It is therefore the task of our generation to attend to their needs, to support them in their education, maturation and creativity. It is a

requirement and at the same time a challenge for us all to be an example to them through our behavior, actions and communication, and to convey and bestow on them stability and trust. When children and young people feel that they are seen, loved and respected, this gives them the foundation to develop a conscious and attentive spirit. A natural trust in life, in people and in the challenges of this world are the most important elements for a healthy, secure and peaceful future.

Procedure

Video: When a BP or a group of BPs have found their favorite project, a short video must be created in relation to such project. This can be an existing project video or it can be made with one’s own mobile phone. The more meaningful it is, the more other BPs will support this project.

Text: A project description, important links, contact details of the project and the initiators, the reason why this project was selected, the invitation to support the project, the required donation amount and the desired date for the donation delivery have to be made available online in text form. In addition, there is a possibility to donate directly via the website. From this point onwards, the initiators can transfer their funds or parts thereof from the charity account into the respective project account. Likewise, all other BPs of DUCATUS can transfer funds from their charity accounts to the project accounts.

Blume des Lebens Die Garden of Life Foundation ist eine auf Bali ansässige Stiftung. Sie wurde von Mario Hintermayer und dem CEO von Ducatus, Ronny Tome, 2016 ins Leben gerufen.

Sie verbindet tausende Menschen auf der ganzen Welt im Geiste von Frieden, Har-monie und Zusammenarbeit, um eine spektakuläre 4000m² große Öko-Skulpture zu schaffen. Die Blume des Lebens ist ein starkes, sehr altes Symbol, das in Kulturen auf der ganzen Welt zu finden ist. Sie befindet sich im Zentrum des 13 Hektar großen Gar-ten des Lebens, eines atemberaubenden tropischen Parks im heiligen Herzen Balis neben einer UNESCO-Weltkulturstätte.

Presentation of Charity checks: Once the donation is ready to be presented, a suitable date should be found where both the beneficiaries of the action and the press will be present. The organization team of DUCATUS Charity is happy to help with the preparation. In the download area, we provide press releases and photos for download which the press representatives are welcome to access. If necessary, we also help to create press texts. The better the preparation, the greater the resonance in the respective region. If the press is missing in the run-up to the actual delivery date, the goal is only partially achieved, no matter what the project is and how valuable it is. Through the work of the foundation, we are constantly attracting the attention of new prospects to us and our work, which in turn helps generate new sales and fill the charity accounts again

Important: We need photos for the documentation, if possible interviews. After the notification of the account details or Bitcoin wallet, we will immediately transfer the donation amount to the account of the beneficiary. After completion of the project, we will need, for legal purposes, a donation confirmation and a form allowing us to publish the pictures and the video material on our charity pages. It happens from time to time, especially when working with mentally impaired children or adolescents, that parents do not want the photos to be published or that it is not allowed even to take pictures of them. If these persons appear on a group photo, this material may not be used. Through contacts with the press, it must be ensured that a copy of the report is sent to the DUCATUS Charity. This can also be done online. More positive press reports on our pages will help build up the reputation of our projects and consequently of the entire Group.

Organisation and hosting of charity events: Presentation of a check can be optimised by combining it with a charity event. This, however, requires perfect planning, regional partners such as hotels, politicians, artists, sponsors, active business partners and good relations with the press. 100% of the donations must be used for the respective project. The event must be additionally organised and financed.

Coordination and meeting with the beneficiaries: • What is an appropriate time? • What kind of event would be appropriate for the project • Has this been requested at all? • Are there any contacts with politicians, press, venues? Coordination and meeting with strategic partners: • Mayor, regional politicians, other supporters of the project • Regional press, radio or TV channels • Artists such as singers, musicians, moderators, magicians or performers who would possibly perform for free • Companies providing the necessary items, e.g. bouncy castle, drinks, food • Hotel owners who could host the afternoon or evening event Planning the type of event: When all options described above and the type and scope of the event have been clarified, the work in detail shall begin.

Scheduling and coordination: Possibility 1) The date is set with the start of the project, the risk is that one does not know whether the needed money will then really be available on time.

Possibility 2) The date of the event will be agreed upon the required amount has been received into the project account.

In both cases, the following procedure is important:

Timetable: For the entire organization there is a timeline from the first day of the planning process, defining to which date, what and by whom has to be done. From planning to tasks assignment, from dispatching to completion or delivery, everything must be planned to the detail. The agreements with all parties concerned must be made in the form of contract or signed protocol. The e-mail correspondence has to be kept safe until the event. Finally, the event itself, the arrival of the guests, etc. have to be planned carefully to guarantee smooth flow and success of the event.
