On frozen backyard ponds and community rinks, our sport defines us. Our passion for the game drives our players, volunteers, coaches and their families, one practice, one game, one season at a time.

We serve our hockey community of more than 90,000 players and their families in 223 local minor hockey associations to create the best minor hockey experience in Canada.

The 2019-2024 Business Plan will provide our organization with a road map to make our game better. It will guide our decisions, actions and interactions into the future and will create a framework for resource allocation across the organization.

AsAs you explore the Plan, you will see that it outlines our ambitions through four key strategies. Recognizing the scale of the task at hand, we have identified areas that we feel have significant transformational potential.
