Rebranded with a global focus, we reach to

realize our creative ideas, to innovate in the

new world, and to partner on a global scale.

C2 Collaborative is ready to provide comprehensive landscape architectural services for projects small to large in scale, from custom estate homes, masterplan communities, lifestyle

and resorts, commercial/retail, residential, and sensitive habitat programs. Our approach is an active partnership with clients and their consultants that will transcend the entire design

process from the conceptual master planning phase through construction observation. Our firm collaborates during the design phases with the client and their design team to provide

a seamless process that will result in the strongest and most creative design solutions possible. We look forward to being a part of a team where creative ideas come together to

fulfill the project vision.

Working within a team concept each project has the benefit of having principal involvement as a designer, a team leader and a hierarchy of staff from the associate level to the studio

level that stay connected to the project from its inception to completion.

marassi is emaar’s pioneering

master plan on egypt’s

mediterranean coastline, 140

km west of alexandria. the 12-

acre marassi Clubhouse is the

flagship community Sales Center

and world-class beach club for

the 1,500 acre master plan. this

showpiece for the luxury resort

embraces the varied lifestyles of

the european and north african

residents. Villa offerings include

the exclusive armani residences

overlooking the sea.

located in resort-oriented la Quinta,

this 525-acre golf course community

by Shea Homes for active adults is

one of a series of communities they

will build to provide new lifestyle

Central Park West | lennar | irvine, California

Central Park West is the first urban

master-planned community located in

orange County. an 80-acre mixed-use

project in the heart of irvine, Central Park

West contains a mix of parks, residential

and commercial. the main park contains

a clubhouse and two acre resort-style

pool and amenity area. tree-lined

paseos winding into parks and meditation

gardens at front doors, makes urban

living luxurious in a pedestrian planned

located within the 230 acre Civita master

plan in San diego Ca, origen is the first for

sale residential neighborhood offering 200

Villa metro | the new Home Company | Santa Clarita, California

Villa metro is a 31 acre community of 315

homes with access to southern California’s

regional rail network. Villa metro consists of a

live work promenade, single family detached

homes, recreation center, community park, dog

park, community gardens and access to Santa

Clara river trail.


Colony Park | Brookfield Homes | anaheim, California

located within the historic district of anaheim, Colony

Park showcases traditional early Californian and French

normandy architectural styles with Green Point rated living.

at the core of the neighborhood a recreational center

including pool, park, barbecues, and social gathering

spaces promote a sense of community and historic

relevance for all residents.

as an addition to downtown anaheim, this stylish new

community is not only Green Point certified by the Build

it Green organization, but is used as a case study to

promote healthy, energy- and resource-efficient building

practices. Such requirements include: planning for nearby

transportation connections, proper management of waste

construction materials, recognition of eco-friendly systems

i.e. solar heating, water usage management, neighborhood

community centers, and usage of native plant material.

Bridgeport is a 400-acre master planned community located 30 miles north of

downtown los angeles. the community is centered around a man-made lake that

serves as both community amenity and an integral part of the community stormwater

management system. the lake trail is part of a greater network of parks, gardens,

and bridges that ultimately connect to the Valencia river trail system. Public spaces

are whimsical, featuring giant dragonflies, fish fountains, and poetry gardens. the

river trail will contain interpretive elements, rest areas, viewpoints, arbors, and

footpaths. the eastern seaboard architectural vocabulary creates a grand backdrop

to water, land, and sky.


Bridgeport | newhall land | Santa Clarita, California


douglas Park | Boeing realty Corporation | long Beach, California

douglas Park is transforming 260 acres of surplus commercial airplane

facilities located at the Boeing Company’s long Beach plant into a

dynamic mixed-use community of offices, commercial development,

neighborhood retail, one or two hotels, and residential neighborhoods.

douglas Park includes 13.5 acres of public park and recreational open

space including bike paths and pedestrian trails. everyone living or

working in the project will be within a three-minute walk of a park. these

trails will open up new vistas and provide important people-friendly

connections to businesses and homes in the neighborhood.

douglas Park builds upon the bold past of the Boeing long Beach facility

to create a brilliant future for the entire region. the plan is designed

to create a distinct “feeling of community” that will differentiate it from

a common business park by its creation of public art that connects a

legendary past to an aspiring future. douglas Park incorporates public art

elements such as a replica of the original “First around the World Globe”,

a life-sized bronze sculpture of donald douglas, and artists interpretation

of an original dC-8 Vertical Stabilizer used as the Commercial Gateway.

this exclusive resort hideaway features

270 private cottages and villas with ocean

or golf course views, situated on 45 acres

in the midst of a coconut plantation. the

centerpiece of the community is a swimming

lagoon named Ka Wai ‘ena, meaning “glow

of the water”. a sandy beach, coconut

palms, and a traditional Hawaiian thatched-

roof beach house will further enhance the

theme of this plantation village. Secret

pathways will wind you through gardens,

lagoons, and hammock groves. this project

received the Gold award for Best attached

Community of the Year and the Silver award

for Best landscape design at the 2003

national Sales & marketing awards.


the Coconut Plantation | Brookfield Homes | oahu, Hawaii


Playa Pelicano- resort, Hotel, and Spa Cm&d / Canyon ranch | Guanacaste, Costa rica

an 800 acre golf/beach resort located north of tamarindo, Costa rica. the

private entry leads through the deciduous forest to a hilltop arrival and private

casitas. roads and trails lead to a beach club, view restaurant, and residential

lot sites.

located in Shuangliu county about 20 minutes driving from

downtown Chengdu, the project covers an area of 660 acres

of which 45 acres will be developed. to build a high quality

international community and to introduce a typical american-

style housing to the market, Chengdu Wide Horizon is using

the professional services from seven american firms for master

planning, architecture/structure designs, landscape and interior

designs.

With the advantage of hilly land, the project is designed to be a

high-class international community, consisting of an eighteen-

hole golf course, including a golf club, public driving range and

putting green and associated practice structure, a community of

single-family detached houses around the golf course, hotel and

schools, apartment district, business district, commercial districts,

public and sports facilities including community club, swimming

pool, and tennis courts.
