Our in-house R&D department in Denmark is constantly working to develop and improve our conveyor systems so they do not just meet, but exceed the requirements of the surface finishing industry. The latest result of this dedicated effort is the P&F100S. This new floor conveyor is the further development, and Power & Free version of our renowned HD100S. Based on our proven triple rail system, and the design principle of high presentation accuracy & stability, the new P&F100S takes floor conveyor technology to a new level. The system conveys work pieces on vertical rise and fall sections without tilting - the work piece remains vertical at all times. This allows for the system to be designed with less space requirements and thus requiring less energy in ovens etc., as the work pieces are conveyed at closer pitches around the system. Further advantages include the use of a more economical jig design, and the risk of parts falling from jigs in the vertical rise and fall sections is minimised. FabTech 2013 was a company first and a great success for CALDAN. Now we are back in Chicago for the 3rd time with new conveyor systems at display. We exhibit the P&F140 system, characterized by excellent stability in operation, and the ability to handle large, heavy and unbalance jigs. Furthermore a selection of our overhead conveyor range will also be present at the booth. With it’s 1,700 exhibitors and 50,000 attendees FabTech is by far the largest exhibition within our industry in North America. We have therefore put together a strong, international & local sales team to welcome you at our booth: • Colin Berry, CALDAN - sales manager, US & UK • Stuart Marlee, CALDAN - sales manager, US & Asia • Frank Berg, CALDAN, sales manager, South America & Europe • Tim Stapp, Int. The vertical Power & Free floor conveyorAt CALDAN we focus on product development and thorough pre-market product testing.

We have
