Engineered To Exceed Your Expectations

Fabtech Systems + PLUSERIES® 25, 60, 90 second and Composite structural adhesives are a versatile and fast two-part urethane system used for bonding and repairing plastics, composites, aluminum, steel, plaster and nearly anything you can think of commonly used in the O&P manufacturing process. Because it’s a structural adhesive, it is significantly stronger than brittle, fracture prone acrylics commonly used in our industry today. These urethanes are so strong you can even drill and tap them! We’re confident you’ll never want to use smelly toxic acrylics again.

1. 220ml adhesive cartridges are sold 6 to a case. Adhesive can be purchased in individual quantities.

2. 50ml adhesive cartridges are sold 12 to a case. Adhesive can be purchased in individual quantities.

+PLUSeries® 25 Second Cartridge Adhesive System is the fastest curing 2-component urethane known to be on the market. This urethane product is so fast it can often replace Cyanoacrylate “tacking” adhesives.

The aluminum tube clamp assembly is a Uni-forged 30 mm integrated pylon assembly. The tube

can be easily cut to any desired length.

Our aluminum is manufactured by a combination of forging and machining providing a high quality

and strong component. The aluminum tube is extruded and shot peened for optimum fatigue

strength. This combination creates a high quality, durable, and strong component. There is a 2 year

warranty on these products.

Aluminum Fabrication Plate/Solid

The aluminum 350 fabrication plate was designed specifically for our in house laminations. The

solid design works well when a lock is not used. Designed with 4-hole European pattern it can

be used for thermoplastics and lamination applications.

The aluminum 360 fabrication plate was designed specifically for our one shot lamination

process and is used when pin alignment does not match up with prosthetic alignment. The

1.5” center hole allows for drastic offset and room for a lock pin. Designed with 4-hole Eu-

Why Are You Still Reusing Your Old Wood Blocks?

Years ago, we watched our technicians use and reuse expensive wood blocks.

What we learned as a company was very important. To reuse an expensive wood

block (the intention was to maximize savings) our technicians could spend up to

20 minutes freeing a block up, then cleaning and prepping it for reuse. The time

and labor involved cost us on average two times more than just using a new block,

plus reusing the block exposed our technicians to the dangers of a band saw,

toxic dust and fumes from cutting through glues. Also, reusing possibly damaged

blocks on patients exposes companies to costly liability issues. We chose to

design a very cost effective wood block that can be disposed of after it has been

used once. Thus, saving us time, money and future risks.

Carbon Braid

This fabric is extremely tightly woven and is commonly used in aerospace and other high quality applications.

Meets MIL-C-9084C, Type 111. Our carbon braid is sold by the pound from the manufacturer. Yield is based

on a feet-per-pound ratio because of its tendency to elongate significantly. Most other carbon is pulled off of a

spool and cut at its stretched length, dramatically affecting yield. At Fabtech, we weigh our carbon so our

Transtibial Cosmetic Foam Block

Our foam block is an exact copy in both feel and look as the other foams cur-

rently on the market. Our foam is designed to have balance in compression and

bounce back for realistic feel. Resists compression and flat-out when using high

compression pull-on skins.

Volara 4E 100ft Rolls

Volara 4E is the workhorse foam in O&P. In all characteristics it is just like Aliplast, with a

different name. It is auto-adhesive; meaning at temp. it will stick to its self without the use of

glues. It has a low molding temp of 275 degrees F.

Our foam sheet products are an exact copy in both feel and look as the other foams

currently on the market. Sheet foam is designed to have balance in compression and

bounce back for realistic feel, though it is slightly softer and more formable than the

Vacuum Pulling Station

No matter what school of thought you subscribe to concerning

the principles of vacuum forming plastics, one thing we are sure

of is that these stands fit the bill. By design, the vertical upright

forms a ½ cubic foot surge tank and extra large actuation valving

gives you lightning fast high flowing vacuum with very quick re-

covery. This allows you to get instant vacuum on smaller jobs

and serious speed assist on larger jobs. With the other surge

systems on the market, if you miss the pull, the refresh rate on

the surge tank is very slow and can leave you with no vacuum at

all. That’s why we experimented until we found the perfect bal-

ance of surge assist with fast refresh rates so you are never without vacuum when you need it.

Using our philosophy of lean fabrication and total quality man-

agement, we developed these freestanding pulling stands.

Like all of our fabrication stands, these are ultra strong. With

this high performing solid welded steel constructed system

we integrated holders for the tools needed to do the job. As

with all our tools we built these to last a lifetime and add value

through time savings and waste reduction.

Fabtech Quick Clamp

Every tool design we build begins with a functional need. This

need feeds the end result or design.

The Quick Clamp was developed when a practitioner who ran an

office alone said it would be nice once in a while to have an extra

hand when working on prosthetic devices. The traditional vise

just didn’t do it.

The Quick Clamp is a high quality cast aluminum body with a

stainless steel rod that fits all standard prosthetic pipe vises. It

provides hands free 360° degrees of positioning for working on endoskeletal prostheses. The soft replaceable

urethane jaws will not damage new pylons or bladed composite feet.

Fabtech has been using and selling Venturi systems for over 10 years. We power

our whole fabrication operation with them. We understand air consumption and

vacuum generation, and we can get you the right system that won’t lead to up-

grading your other systems. Cut off timers and digital read outs are available. Call

Super Silencer

Venturi Pumps expel compressed air at very high pressures. This high pressure

air makes them very loud, most silencers that come with venturi pumps suppress

only a small amount of air noise. Because the air volume passing through the ven-

turi is critical, you need a silencer that does not interfere with the vacuum generat-

ing capabilities of the pump.

The Fabtech Super Silencer is designed so maximum air flow is achieved and

maximum vacuum is generated while suppressing the air noise to a light whisper!

Payment terms are Net Thirty (30) days for certain discounts to apply.

Finance Charges

Past due accounts are subject to 1 1/2 % per month finance charge, an

effective annual rate of 18% interest. A $30.00 charge will be applied to

all returned checks.

Past Due Accounts

Customers with past due bills over Sixty (60) days are placed on credit

hold and/or credit card on file charged.

Collection Costs

Companies will be held liable for any and all cost associated with the

collection of any past due funds and attorney fees arising from collec-

tion efforts made.

New Accounts

Credit terms are available for approved accounts. For all new accounts

we require a completed credit application that includes credit card infor-

mation to secure your account. Credit must be approved before orders

will be shipped on open status. New accounts will begin with a $2500

credit limit until good Net 30 payment terms has been achieved at the

discretion of Fabtech Systems. We accept all major credit cards. Credit

cards will NOT be charged without your prior notice.

Returns

Return requests will gladly be honored for 30 days after shipping on all stocked products. This 30 day satisfaction service is contingent on the following terms.

Products must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return Authori-

zation Numbers may be obtained by contacting Fabtech Systems at 1-800-FABTECH.

Product must be returned with original packaging and labeling. If the prod-

uct was part of a kit, all kit parts must be included in the return. If parts are missing, a 15% restock fee will be applied.

Product must be undamaged and saleable as new.

Product must have been purchased from Fabtech Systems. (Products

purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance to the distributor's policy)

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fabtech Systems will consider return requests beyond 30 days. This is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and or other negotiated terms. Return shipping costs and all other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. The original ship-ping charges incurred on your purchase are nonrefundable as part of your return unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Damaged Merchandise

f you receive damaged product with visible damage to external shipping

containers, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt.

Orders are F.O.B. from Everett, Washington via UPS Ground unless oth-

erwise specified.

Customer pays freight charges plus any additional charges imposed by

the carrier which are not deemed freight including, but not limited to: Haz-

Mat fees, insurance, handling, fuel surcharges, Saturday delivery, residen-

tial delivery, Adult Signature Required fees and any changes incurred for

items shipped overnight via methods other than Saver. Discounts do not

apply to freight or handling charges.

Warranties

Fabtech Systems warrants Fabtech Systems products to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects for Two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover failure caused by erroneous appli-cation, custom fabrication done to customer specification, improper stor-age, intentional misuse or shelf life expiration. Fabtech Systems at its discretion will replace or repair any of its products that do not meet this warranty. The replacement or repair of the defective product is the exclu-sive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise.
