    Presidents Club - A New Cycle Begins!

    If you are new, you

    may not know what

    Presidents Club

    means to you - for the

    two team members

    who recently achieved

    this elite title, you are

    finding out just how

    great it is!

    Presidents Club (PC)

    is the first level of the

    Presidents Recogni-

    tion Program (PRP)

    with Avon. You

    achieve PC when your

    Award Sales reach

    $10,100 and you will

    enjoy the benefits for,

    at the very least, a

    whole year!

    Avons cycle begins in

    Campaign 8 of

    one calendar

    year and ends in

    Campaign 7 of

    the next. If you

    reach PC before

    the cycle ends,

    you start enjoy-

    ing the benefits imme-

    diately and get to con-

    tinue to enjoy them for

    the whole next cycle.

    You do have to re-

    qualify each cycle, but

    once you reach that

    level of sales, its fairly

    easy to maintain. As

    long as you continueto work your business

    with at least the same

    effort as when you

    achieved PC, then you

    should

    achieve it

    every year,

    perhaps

    growing to

    higher lev-

    els in the

    program!

    Each level has its own

    benefits, as well as

    including the benefits

    for the previous levels.

    on page 3 of this

    newsletter. If you

    would like to see com-

    the Earning Oppor-

    tunities tab when

    How Grow Your Sales with Fundraisers...Are you a member of a

    church or organization?

    Do you know someone

    who needs to raise funds

    for an adoption or other

    similar cause/goal?

    Then you have every-

    thing you need to do a

    fundraiser!

    AVON makes it easy -

    when you use flyers that

    you can print from the

    website, youll be guaran-

    teed 50% earnings. The

    organization or individ-

    ual does the selling &

    deliveries for you, all you

    need to do is register the

    event and put in the or-

    ders! You keep at least

    10% for your time and

    effort, the rest you give

    to the cause!

    Fundraisers increaseyour Award Sales, which

    will help you reach PC

    and can help put you in

    a higher percentage of

    earnings bracket!

    Wow! Its been a crazy couple

    of months for me! First of all,

    we sold our old house and

    moved into a home that fits

    better into our budget and

    allows me to have my own

    Avon office! In the midst

    of all the unpacking, I got sick.

    We found out that my gall-

    bladder was FULL of gall-stones and had to come out!

    Yikes! I had surgery on Mon-

    day and am finally feeling hu-

    man again. As a result of all

    this, my newsletter got further

    and further behind!

    Im very proud of all of you

    for your hard work & I was

    not willing to let any of

    your accomplishments go

    unnoticed! So, thats why I

    included recognition for

    Campaigns 4-7 in this

    newsletter! The side bene-

    fit to this is that it makes it

    obvious how much each ofyou individually, as well as

    our team as a whole is

    growing!

    One thing I noticed was

    how many of you are tak-

    ing your business seri-

    ously and doing well

    with your sales! Im so

    proud of you! I had so

    many with $200 or more

    in sales in Campaigns 6

    & 7 that I had to in-

    crease the amount re-

    quired for the Honor-

    able Mention category!Thats a great problem

    to have because it shows

    how much we are grow-

    ing and pushes you to be

    even better! You are

    THE BEST!

    In order to reach PC, your average

    sales need to be about $400 per

    campaign. If you set a goal of $500

    per campaign and work toward that

    goal, you are sure to make it!

    Some ways that you can increase

    your sales are to order more books,

    enlist some helpers, and do some

    fundraisers! Heres some more de-

    tailed information on each:

    Order More Books - The more

    books you order, the less per book

    youll pay. For example, if you or-

    der a single set of 10 books, youll

    pay $5.75, more than 57 cents perbook. However, if you order just

    two additional sets of books, youll

    pay $7.95, which is about 26 cents

    per book. An investment of just a

    little more than $2 can enable you

    to reach TWENTY more potential

    customers! Considering the aver-

    age customer order is $10-25, just

    one additional customer would

    more than cover your investment!

    Are you willing to risk $2 for the

    potential of increasing your sales?

    Go for it!

    Enlist Helpers - If you knowsome teenagers or others who

    want to make extra money but for

    cant or dont want to become a

    Rep, they can be a helper for you!

    Offer them a discount on their

    own orders or a percentage of

    their sales.

    Fundraisers - contact churches,

    daycare centers, and other organi-

    zations/individuals who may be

    looking to raise funds.

    Using just one or two of these

    ideas can help you make PC or

    above! Hopefully next year, Ill

    have a long list of PC members to

    recognize on our team!
