Goods & Services
The goal is to provide adequate access for goods & services vehicles attempting to make deliveries to each/any building. Goods & Services Plan Characteristics - All buildings are accessible for deliveries - All service access points will accept single unit (SU) vehicles w/ a wheelbase of 20’ and an
overall vehicles length of 30’ - Large vehicle deliveries (vehicles with a wheelbase of 40’ or more and/or an overall
vehicle length in excess of 40’) may need to utilize street right-of-way for loading/unloading purposes.
