MISSION

The founder of C&H Associates, Cosmo Clark is a Vietnam War veteran that has more than 20 years of experience in the Right of Way field. He is a skilled negotiator with extensive qualifications and one of only a few experts in this highly specialized area of the real estate industry. His priority is meeting the deadlines and objectives of the clients by working compassionately to build trusting relationships with property owners, occupants and the communities that we serve.
