Our Summits allow leading companies to network and recruit freely by various means - interviews, presentations and discussion groups taking place over the duration of the weekend.

The purpose of attending is to interview and recruit as many candidates as possible for a fixed fee.

Many companies also take advantage of the exclusive branding opportunity - showcasing their brand to up to 400 hand-picked Angolan candidates.

In addition: A unique HR Session designed specifically to allow you to learn & share with your peers. The session will provide you with invaluable insights into the major Human Capital issues in Angola and the hot topics facing all local and international companies in the market.

Our consultants use a very rigorous selection process to short list candidates based on profiles submitted by companies.

Shortlisted CVs are given to you for review and you select only the candidates you have interest in interviewing.

We invite and pre-schedule all interviews.

Invited candidates will have secured interviews with at least one attending company.

Our Summits are not career fairs! The Summits are focussed, carefully managed, invitation only events.

They bring together around 30 companies with approximately 400 hand-picked Angolan candidates in a prestigious venue for pre-scheduled interviews.

The process that we follow includes:

• Six months of extensive networking by our Talent Acquisition Team to attract relevant candidates• Focussed advertising campaigns in all relevant international media• Pre-screening and interviewing all responding candidates over the phone• Selecting and registering only the best candidates from the attraction campaign• Using profiles provided by you to select appropriate candidates to fulfil your requirements• Presenting CVs of the most relevant candidates to you for your review prior to the Summit• Inviting the candidates who have been selected by you to the event on your behalf• Pre-scheduling interviews between you and your preferred candidates at the Summit

In addition to your pre-scheduled interviews, you will also be able to meet and schedule on-site interviews with top tier candidates who have been personally invited to the summit.
