Traded Services to Schools in Barnet 2013-14 Services provided by Capita As part of the New Support and Customer Services Organisation (NSCSO) project to improve the quality and reduce the cost of support services, delivery of these traded services will be provided by Capita from April 2013. Capita will continue to provide high quality and cost effective services and remain committed to the services delivered to schools during the full 12 month term of the traded service and in the future. The services contained herein are those defined in the 2012-13 Traded Service Catalogue as being due for transfer to Capita. Wording associated with the service provision has been amended only where it is affected by the roles, contacts or locations to be used by Capita, as opposed to the Council. Prices for the main elements of service provision have been reduced by 10% for the 2013-14 catalogue. The 2012-13 prices are included for comparison. Details of the additional elements of each service that will be provided by Capita at no additional cost during 2013-14 are also included.
