Incorporated into this course are elements of introductory knowledge and skills necessary for any health occupations career. This course focuses on the structure and function of each system in the human body. Additional instructional components include concepts that pertain to the body as a whole, applicable medical terminology and the pathophysiology common to each system. *This course is recommended as a prerequisite for the Massage Therapy Specialization.
