Concept: Make a supervillain or superhero costume out of only recycled materials with 4 or less colors. I chose to make an outfit portraying the danger of sugar through a supervillain cape, skirt, and headpiece made out of only used coca cola cans and black plastic bags. The outfit is all hand sewn.
