We offer a wide range of services which include a comprehensive repair, tune-up and maintenance service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also have modern technical and logistical centers for handling spare parts orders and supplying the required parts to any location around the world in minimal time.

The iservice tool is a web platform for managing the servicing (use, maintenance and repair) of the vehicle. It can be accessed online or via cell phone or tablet and enables our customers to review technical documentation, service manuals, workshop manuals, pneumatic and electrical information as well as the support network to assist with vehicle repairs.

We also offer itraining, Irizar’s online training and vehicle repair platform. This platform is intended for Irizar dealers and distributors and enables them to carry out online tests and training and to contact other dealers via forums.

Irizar service: Always one step ahead

We’re aware that fuel is a major cost for the operator, so Irizar has made great efforts in reducing consumption. The new generation of Cummins motors with reduced internal friction, modified fuel injection system and other refinements, have significantly reduced fuel consumption.

The software of the 6-speed Allison transmission automatically selects the most ideal gear for operation. Additionally, the aerodynamic design of the vehicle creates a low coefficient of air friction which is due to a narrower front with less air intake. These features along with the design of the spare wheel cowling, alloy wheels and a lighter overall weight achieved by using high-tensile steels all contribute to the efficiency of the Irizar i6 and our aim to be best in class in fuel economy for the luxury coach sector.
