Preparation of the Microfibre Concept in a Washing Machine:

1. Shake dust from the microfibre mop cloth to remove loose dirt/sand.

2. Pre-wash: rinse the microfibre cloth in warm water (without added chemicals) by hand to remove any chemicals or excess grease.

3. Wash the microfibre cloth in a washing machine. (ensure a washing detergent between the pH levels of 4 and 10.5 are used for maximum longevity) a. Recommendedwashingtemperature:45–60° b. Maximum washing temperature: 95°

Never use chlorine products, QAC or other harsh finishing agents. These chemicals reduce the microfibre cloth’s ability to absorb and transport dirt and wear out the material.

4. Drying may be hung out to dry or within a tumble dryer post wash, however the temperature must be below 55. (Microfibre cloths may be autoclaved in steam at 121° for 20 minutes.)

Can i collect my order directly or use my own courier company?

Clients are also welcome to collect orders directly from Pescatech (kindly confirm that

your order is ready before pick up) or use their own courier company (simply give us the

courier account number and we will arrange for collection).

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are strictly CAD (cash against delivery) or 30 days from

statement, once a credit approved account has been opened. If a cheque

deposit is made, we will only dispatch your order once our bank has cleared

the cheque. This could take up to five working days.

What is the returns policy?

Returns need to be in their original packaging and condition and will be subject

to a discretionary 10% handling fee. No goods will be credit noted if returned
