    System Requirements

    Your computer must meet the inimum System 0equirement asmentioned below for the Software $nstallation.

    Searchin for Cataloed file#

    Searching the cataloged files by the following screen, thisoption can be found in Hdit enu or by clic#ing search icon. $nthis screen search can be done in labels or folders or files byselecting the options. And also search can be done by si3e ofthe particular file and date. /rom this screen you can directlyopen the cataloged file but the related CD or media sourceshould be inserted in your computer. $n this screen you cangenerate a report it shows the list of searched files

    +asically four columns are there for the cataloged filespecifications you add columns to that by custom info, this canbe found in /ile enu from main screen.

    You can Hdit the column by Custom $nfo option ta#e edit column, thiscan be done by the following screen

    You can delete the column same li#e edit, in the abo"e screen youha"e remo"e the column name what you want to delete the columnand sa"e that screen it will automatically delete the column.

    Browse "older in %&plorer#

    You can browse a particular folder in windows e%plorer, this can bedone from the /ile menu +rowse folder in e%plorer. +ut the selectedfolder related CD should be in your computer.

    Show Recycle Bin#

    his option can be found in /ile menu, it shows the deleted foldersand files./rom this you can restore the deleted files and folders.
