Wardens: Ms.Neetu Gupta, Ms.Manvi, Ms.Amita Arora, Dr. Sonia Bansal and Dr.Sheilza Jain Ms.Neetu Gupta, Ms. Manvi, Ms.AmitaArora, Dr. Sonia Bansal and Dr.Sheilza Jain are put on duty to work alternatively in Girls hostel from 01/08/2017 to 31/08/2017 to attend the complaints after 9.00 pm to 1].00 pm
of the previous day, if any. Dr. Vikas Turk, Chief Hostal Warden will arrange a cup of tea with snack to all the staff members. who
have been put on duty during the timings from 5:00 PM to 09:00 PM. He is also required to maintain Duty Attendance Register of the staff daily put on duty and shall get their comments after the duty. The list of members of staff put on duty who remain absent shall however be sent to the office of the undersigned on the
very next day by Chief Hostel Warden.
In addition to above, there will be one Flying Squad for each day, consisting of two staff members.
Last year, it was observed that some of the staff members put on duty did not report in time on their own. As per
guidelines of the Hon ble Supreme Court, all efforts are to be made to stop the ragging. The staf members are therefore advised to take this work very seriously and report for duty in time.
