Golden Ears Bridge at a glance 1-kilometer long, cable-stay bridge with 242-meter long main spans and 121-meter long back spans connected to concrete viaducts on the north and south shores of the Fraser River

Nearly 13 kilometers of two-, four-, and six-lane urban arterial roads and highway construction, including 17 bridge and viaduct structures with a total length of 4,656 meters

Our work offers challenges…that motivate innovation. For our design-build of the Golden Ears Bridge in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, innovative construction techniques helped reduce disruption to aquatic life, and a unique combination of building materials ensured a lighter load to prevent undue settlement of the underlying soil structure. An initiative of TransLink, the local transportation authority, the project will significantly improve transportation mobility among four growing municipalities east of the city.
