Consolidated Data Collection• Upcoming New Collections

Superintendent/ESU Administrator Transparency Pay Act (NDE 10‐006)

Mandated as a result of LB 470 passed this Legislative Session, all Public School District Superintendents and Educational Service Unit Administrators are required to file an approved contract and any amendments to the Nebraska Department of Education by August 1st

of each school year. This collection should be updated throughout the current year if amendments are

approved by the District School Board or ESU Board.


• Upcoming New Collections

INSTRUCTIONAL UNITSThis collection is for select districts that have possible

instructional unit violations using previous year Student Grades data. The districts that need to complete the collection will be notified. The data collected will be course offerings for the current

school year. The collection will open August 1st and is Due October 16. The Audit Window Close Date is

October 31st.

Every public school in Nebraska having low‐income students attending a nonpublic school must consult with the public school regarding potential services for eligible students. Submitted on paper for the 2013‐2014 School Year and will become an on‐line collection through the

CDC for 2014‐2015.
