What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is a facilitating and problem solving approach in which participants are led through questions to visualize solutions and unlock innovative potential through 3D modeling of ideas.

How Does it Work?

•Pose a Question –pose a series of Questions and ask participants to build Models in response to your questions •Build a Model –this is the 3D representation of the Question at hand by the use of Metaphors •Share –give meanings to the model, by telling your Story … give your model a voice •Reflect –recognize the Outcome in link to the Question … reach deeper insights and build on the learning

Who Uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® …

You Can Only Be YOU !

You Can Only Be YOU !

Levels of Implementation

INDIVIDUAL TEAM

ENTERPRISE

INDIVIDUAL

Personal Development: Workshop allows participants to understand themselves better, and in groups, understand their colleagues better. It resembles a coaching journey.

“The Personal Identity” Model

“Current” Versus “Aspired” Identity

TEAM

Team Development: Workshops focus on the team's vision, goals, strengths, responsibilities, culture, and spirit. They are designed to unlock the full potential of any team effectively and deeply.

The “Team Life” Model

Start with building individual models, then work as a team to crystalize your insights in the form of a ‘Shared Model’

“All aligned towards one goal”

ENTERPRISE

Enterprise Development: Workshops cover organizational, and product development, as well as strategic planning, innovation and change management. They represent a process of strategy setting; helping the management team construct a shared identity for the enterprise, continuously observe its changing landscape and develop a set of guiding principles.
