SiCOMPACT® A2 MINI | … A2 MIDI

The asymmetric distribution floodlights of the SiCOMPACT® A2 family in constructionsizes MINI and MIDI are suitable for both sophisticated architectural lighting and forstandard-compliant and energy-efficient lighting of town squares. With horizontalalignment of the light emission aperture, the illuminated area can be lit so that lessthan 3% stray light is emitted to the upper hemisphere. A highly specular anodisedaluminium reflector ensures efficient light distribution with either narrow asymmetric or wide asymmetric distribution. HIT, HST and QT lamps with varyingoutput can be used. In addition an efficient LED system with optics for road lightingis available. The floodlights can be precisely adjusted in 5° steps for exact illumination of the application area. Integral twist protection permanently fixes theluminaires. Control gear and ignitors are integrated into the luminaire and are separated fromthe lamp compartment. In addition the floodlight can be equipped with an ignitor forinstant hot re-ignition, enabling the luminaire to be installed for sports arenas andcompetition locations and also in high-security areas.

SiCOMPACT® R1 MINI

The small rotationally symmetrical distribution projectors of the SiCOMPACT® R1MINI family are outstandingly suited to the illumination of horizontal surfaces aspart of sophisticated architectural lighting. Corresponding accessories give the luminaires high flexibility, allowing mounting to the ground, to walls, mast-mounting or mounting to cross-arms. Highly specular aluminium reflectors with narrow or wide light distribution can be chosen for various photometric tasks. Special effects are achieved with various colour and diffuser discs.

SiCOMPACT® R3 MAXI

The large SiCOMPACT® R3 MAXI projector fulfils the highest demands for perform-ance and visual comfort as well as energy efficiency and operating cost efficiency. Assuch the luminaire is perfect for lighting sports arenas and large public areas. Itsinnovative construction combines state-of-the-art lighting and luminaire technologyto achieve light output ratios of up to 87%.The projector has been designed for luminous intensities of 2000 to 30000 cd/klmand can be adapted to a wide spectrum of optical lighting tasks with seven variousadjustments. The lighting technology has been optimised for the use of high effciency1000 W or 2000 W HIT-DE lamps and via the special reflector geometry allows precisecontrol of light with minimal light spill and glare. For longer maintenance cycles anda very high luminaire service life, the projector is equipped with an efficient thermalmanagement system, reflected in the construction of the luminaire: eye-catchingcooling ribs dominate the rear of the slimline projector. The rear is secured by arobust and practical locking catch that can be opened without tools for maintenance.

The luminaire form and front side determine the relatively large-area optic.Construction of the housing has been kept as flat and as efficient as possible in orderto minimise the effects of wind.
