Cardio Fit is a triple threat class that includes cardio, strength, and core - three dynamite formats packed into one exciting class. Cardio bursts will include kickboxing drills and dynamic step routines, mixed with segments of strength and core training. Modifications provided for all fitness levels. Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps
to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the
program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats
to country to hip-hop and pop. Bring a water bottle and towel.

Sex Signals – Are YOU getting the signal?

What is it?
Sex Signals has become one of the most popular sexual assault prevention programs on college
campuses through its unorthodox, humor-facilitated approach to examining our culture, sex, and
the core issue of bystander intervention." VSU is proud to host and sponsor Sex Signals.
Big Pink Volleyball
Like volleyball? Join the Big Pink Volleyball League!

Online registration: Oct 3 at midnight – Nov 3 at midnight
This is 6v6 volleyball tournament is a one day event that costs $15 per team. The proceeds will be
donated to Breast Cancer Awareness. Teams can also sign up at the rec prior to or day of the
event with proper entry fee.
