Visitors NO need to pay any money after they pay 70 kuai( When they buy a food they need to speak Chinese to buy it. So that makes a trouble with Chinese People)

SNACKS

• Basically, I chose 7 Chinese Snacks which are the famous in China. The 7 Snacks are taste very good for foreigners. I have ate the all snacks that I chose it in this tour before. So the snacks are chosen based on my experience. Maybe visitors will like it.

Doufunao ( 豆腐脑 ) Tofu

• It's made from tofu and syrup, often lightly seasoned with ginger.

• Doufunao is a great way to get soy protein without feeling like you're eating health food

Nai You Zha Gao (奶油炸糕 ) fried cream cakes

• Its made from cream, sugar and vanilla,pasta and sugar.• Cream Fried Cakes are yellow round like little golden balls. The

surface is crispy with a soft and sticky inside. They are full of nutrition and can be digested easily

Ludagun ( 驴打滚 ) Rolling Donkey

• It is made from steamed glutinous millet or sticky rice, scattered with fried bean-flour and filled with red pea.

• When you roll it in soya bean-flour, it looks like a donkey rolling on the ground, raising dusts. That’s why it called Ronlling Donkey.

Tanghulu ( 糖葫芦 ) candied fruits on stick

• They are made of various kinds of small fruits-haws crabapples, water chestnuts, grapes or yam. First the fruits are trimmed and cleaned.

• The crisp sugar coating, it looks bright and in viting, and it generally tastes sweet.

Tanghuoshao ( 糖火烧 ) roast cake with brown sugar and sesame paste.

• Tanghuoshao "Brownies" are made from a large quantity of sesame paste and brown sugar making it the perfect tea time snack.

Wandouhuang ( 豌豆黄 ) Pea Flour Cake

• Prepared with white peas, pea flour cake is a typical snack in spring. Pea flour cakes. kidney bean cakes and small corn buns were well-known imperial snacks in ancient China.

Aiwowo ( 艾窝窝 )

Steamed Cone-shaped Cake

• Its made of glutinous rice or millet with sweet filling fruits appeared in the Yuan Dynasty, and were well received by the imperial families in the Ming, Dynasty. Now it is one of Beijing's snacks loved by local people.
