A service classified as “Missing” means you may have forgotten to input an OP code for that service
To locate a Required service, refer to the associated Labor Group in Step 4 of the Pricing Wizard to input the OP code
To locate a Recommended service, refer to the Dealer Recommended service section under the Configure tab and locate the service to input the OP code
A service classified as “Mismatched” means you either did not input the OP code correctly, OR you created a new OP code and did not add it to your DMS
To locate a Required service, refer to the associated Labor Group in Step 4 of the Pricing Wizard and apply the correction, or add the OP code to your DMS
To locate a Recommended service, refer to the Dealer Recommended service section under the configure tab, locate the service to apply the correction, or add the OP code to your DMS
To locate a Concern, refer to the Repair section under the Configure tab, locate the service to apply the correction or add the OP code to your DMS

Maintenance requirements change year to year
2013 service breakouts underway (Based on Parts and/or Labor)
Missing/mismatched OP code report will outline these breakouts as “missing”
Visit the Pricing Wizard regularly to input OP codes and prices for newly added lines.

Things to Remember
1. OP codes entered in the Pricing Wizard must match those in your DMS (OP codes are case sensitive)
2. OP codes are required to push services to appointments & RO’s
3. Review your missing/mismatched OP code report
4. Pricing Wizard data will push to the wiADVISOR dashboard ONLY when step 5 has been completed (You must click “save” and “finish”)
5. Your Parts Cost will be updated monthly - be sure you set your Part
Tape options!
6. Pricing Wizard is always available! Menu price incorrect? Parts markup
incorrect? Log back in and make changes (We update data in real time)
7. Remember to configure Dealer Recommended services and Customer Concerns (UI will only display customer concerns with an OP Code)
