1992 - Pioneered Dense Wavelength Division MultiplexingSplits light across fiber optic lines enabling transport of greater volumes of data

Over next six years made a string of acquisitions valued at $1.3B

2009 – a transformational transaction, the purchase of Nortel’s optical networking and metro Ethernet assets for $773.8M

Transaction Management - responsible for all property lease related activities globally including execution of sound portfolio transactions, lease documentation and billings to ensure the timely and accurate payment of all lease obligations around the world Governance - responsible for tracking and reporting KPI and governance oversight for all third party contract relationships and analyze data from multiple sources to drive cost reduction and business process efficiency, contributing towards operational, strategic and tactical objectives Physical Security & Safety - develop, implement and manage the physical and technical security plus environmental monitoring of all facilities globally Workplace Planning, Design & Construction Mgmt - global delivery of workplace planning and design services including the development and maintenance of a linkage between ongoing churn activity, global capability strategies and lead all aspects of strategic program and tactical project management and cross regional initiatives

Client Occupancy Management - provide single point of contact to Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CRE&F) internal customers for all services provided by CRE&F.
