An attitude which runs through our American culture says something like this: “Given enough time, marriage will grow stale and boring.” We believe this quote from Robert Browning reflects more closely the biblical view for marriage and what we should strive to achieve. “Come grow old with me. The best is yet to be.” Being an AWEsome wife is a matter of choice throughout all seasons, and the years after the kids leave could be your best. Sure, life throws lots of curve balls. Jobs and roles change, our bodies change, our husbands change. These changes not only provide opportunity for growth, they also make life interesting! What is AWE? Becoming... A Wife of Excellence ! In our 8-week study, we tackle some of the most common roadblocks to a happy and God-honoring marriage in the autumn years. Here, women share their health and hormone issues which can affect the dynamics in their relationship with their husband. Of course, sharing is optional, and confidentiality is a hallmark of the study. In this honest, compassionate approach to understanding Gods’ plan for marriage we always begin with the Bible and end with answers you can take home and put into practice today.
